The room itself was nice, the location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The room came with a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The fridge is in the dresser, it took a minute to find it.
The floor was the only issue I had with the room; it was super sticky!! I forgot about it at 3am when I walked to the bathroom barefoot and looked at my feet, they were solid black. We made a trail of towels from the beds to the bathroom after that because, eww.

Really a great value and all there. Located downtown in a modern city, you have those issues but hotel and staff were perfect

Price
Noise at night including staff expelling people in the room next door at 3 am. Lots of hollering and cussing. Tenants never checked in but somehow had access to the room.

The room was under construction it look like stuff was broken and or not fix right, plus out dateed

The Staff were brief and polite.
It was required a 1,00.00 deposit that wasn't refunded yet. So I was charged twice.

elevator close to room and car park. grab bars in bathroom .manager excellent thoughtful and caring about clients. room appeared newly renovated
child toilet In disabled room, lovely sink, but to high for wheelchair, no club chair to watch tv. heater controls blocked by bed.

The person who checked me in and very helpful.
Everything in the room. Bed is horrible.. can call the front office because there’s no phone. Wi-Fi not working. People upstairs making so much noise we cannot sleep and we have to leave early due to disturbance.
