Very friendly hosts, and their dog was so sweet. Very good breakfast, lots of options. Bed was nice and firm.
Pillows were hard and flat.

Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfy.
TV and accessing it was way outdated, but we figured it out. Not a big issue but being in IT, if we had issues, other surely would. We weren't sure where the entrance was as there is a front door and a side entrance with overhang, but no real issue. It is a dated property, but overall clean.

The location to where I was going was perfect. The breakfast was amazing and plentifuly.

The overall cleanliness leaves lot to be desired. The grout in the shower had lots of black mold. The tops of the baseboard and other flat surfaces were covered with heavy dust. The floor radiators and the window air conditioner were nearly blocked with dust and cobwebs. The rug along the walls was very dusty and there were bits of

Frank and Diana were very nice people. Breakfasts were homemade both mornings -- they even provided choices. Very nice touch for a small bed & breakfast.
Home was dusty but well maintained -- very cozy.

The hosts are really welcoming, the breakfast was good, lots of choices in large portions. The owner did a really good job of clearing snow. The location was picturesque and the food at the local pizzeria was surprisingly good.. the room was large and cozy.
location was slightly more remote than expected and I am sure winter and covid didn't help matters. The common areas in the house could have used a good wipe down.
