I always stay here when going to an event at Akron Civic Centre. It’s close and always a pleasure staying there!

The elevator was out as far as on automatic so had to be run by the staff. Waiting for a staff member to come get you or take you on the elevator to your room was a hassle

I'm recommending this Akron Marriott to anyone and everyone I talk to!! From the cleaning crew to the front desk everyone was cheerful and professional at the same time.

The pool may need to be shocked . . .

It was very clean and modern

The coffee machine in the room malfunctioned and almost caught fire.

Easy Check-In. Helpful Staff. Clean Room. Late night pizza across the street.

Too pricey for drinks and food in the market area. People are already paying for the room. At least make the drinks reasonable. $7 for a Diet Pepsi and Water. WOOF! Both rooms had water damage. I get that it's a hotel and there are things beyond control with all the guests in and out. But figure out a way to fix some of the things cosmetically so that guests don't have to see that.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our rooms and the cleanliness, the staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions, the location is great not far from everywhere we wanted to go in Akron or the surrounding area. We would most definitely choose this hotel again.

The only thing which could be better is the parking, not enough parking spaces for the hotel patrons there are other businesses which use the same parking lot we ended up down the street up under a bridge not the safest place to park at night.

Breakfast was wonderful and the servings were generous

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. You can feel the springs as soon as you lay down. I called down, no mattered toppers available. we even tried to layer several comforters to help, still very hard. We stayed 4 nights and got very little sleep.
