The location is great and the adjacent parking lot and free parking is a plus.

The rate for a random weekend visiting my college daughter seemed like it could have bit a bit lower.

I might as well have stayed at a Motel 6. Beds aren’t made anymore (I was not told that they only make beds every other day). I DO NOT SLEEP IN UNMADE BEDS!!!! If I have to make the bed, Then why am I staying in a hotel??!! $200+ a night and no service. My favorite hotel in Bloomington/Normalbut I will NEVER be back. Heartbreaking!!!!

MAKE THR BEDS AND TIDY UO THE TOOM LIKE ITS SKWAYE BEEN DONE BEFOR. No one cares anymore and it makes me so very sad. The room prices should come down if you don’t have as many housekeeping employees.

I would suggest a complimentary breakfast, which is the norm for hotels! A free cup of coffee in the morning would be nice!

This was our 2nd stay at this Hyatt on our way back up to Chicago as its a couple of hours away. Good that you can pull up outside to check in before moving car to multi storey across the road which is paid for by the hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean and we will go back again on our next road trip. Great little map available at the hotel helped us locate good food and brewery just around the corner

Basic breakfast no orange juice and terrible coffee so ended up going to Starbucks

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

The breakfast was not good, no syrup for the French Toast sticks, no cream for the coffee, the floors were sticky throughout the the dining and kitchen area, there were a few hairballs with dust in the kitchen area (the man working that area just kept stepping over it) no soap or paper napkins in the rest room. No napkins in the breakfast area. The man who seemed to work there didn’t know where anything was. We had no clue that they had a terrace or a swimming pool till we heard the receptionist tell the other person checking in. No clue about the free breakfast either. He didn’t take the time to explain the amenities which would have been nice. I don’t think we’d stay there again.

Went to check in at 5:00pm and we’re told they cancelled our room. After we received an email in the morning stating they were looking forward to our stay. We had to find another hotel ourselves. Will never stay there!!!

They didn't have the room type I booked, which should've had 2 beds. Front desk guy was very rude.

The room was clean, and we were on a high floor, which I requested. The temperature was easily adjusted and the room came to temp quickly. The blackout shades really did keep the room nice and dark in the morning. The water temperature and pressure were perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was very convenient. Check in and check out were quick and seamless. Parking was free with our stay.

The beds were SO uncomfortable! It was like sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor. No give AT ALL. I had to keep changing my position because of hip and shoulder pain, which made for 2 very long nights of broken sleep. Not only were the beds too hard, but the pillows were too soft, as in NO SUPPORT. The location is great if you are visiting ISU, which I was, BUT, the parking garage is across the street from the hotel. During the day, this is no big deal. At night, however, it was hard to figure out where to go, depending on what door you exit, as there was no helpful signage anywhere. The Marriott across the street had a covered catwalk connecting the hotel to the parking garage. That would have been great! There were also homeless people camped out after dark. This is not a social issue for me, but a safety issue, especially since my young daughter and I passed a few people several times, trying to locate the front door of the hotel.

Bathroom door stuck, to the point where my child could not get out. I told the front desk, I'm sure they fixed it. The walls were thinner than I expected, but the floor.was generally peaceful so it was not a major inconvenience.
