Very clean facilities and the outside deck was great. Staff suggested a great restaurant.

Facility was very clean and tidy. Pool was nice and clean but the towels could have been better stocked. Atmosphere was quiet which was appreciated.

Breakfast was not what we were anticipating and could have been slightly better. All in all, we'd go back!

The hallways, elevator, dining area, etc., were well maintained. The breakfast was well stocked and kept very clean.

The staff and price was absolutely amazing! They were super helpful and accommodating!! will definitely stay there again!!

The boilers to the pool and hot tub were down but we were changed to a room with a jacuzzi tub to make up for it.

I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable.

I did not like receiving a call when a mile away from the property that I would have to take a more expensive room due to not having the one I booked available. I also did not like that even though I took the room and thinking the jacuzzi tub would be a great way to unwind it did not work after completely filling it and pushed the button in as far as it would go. They fixed the rate of the room to what I agreed to on Booking.com but did not make any adjustment to the price for the issues from checkin or the jacuzzi tub not working.
