The continental breakfast was fair and the rooms extremely clean.

I made my booking on line, received all confirmation information etc.. fortunately, and, only because of past bad experiences nation wide, I printed all information and brought it with me. when attempting to check in, no reservation was found, and confirmation did not exist. If I hadn't brought all paper work, no room would have been available and my daughter, grand-daughter and I would have been room searching!

I like the room size and cleanliness. They got us rooms close to each other. The front desk lady was very kind.

The worker wasn’t ready for breakfast out first morning. There was almost nothing out. The a/c was either on full blast or not at all. The shower water wouldn’t stay warm the first night and the second night it was just scolding hot and wouldn’t cook down.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The facility was very clean, tastefully decorated, the staff was very professional and friendly and the breakfast food/eating area were very good.

We couldn't get the heat to come on. Wasn't enough of a problem to call staff to fix.

laminate floor was very loud. Hot cinnamon rolls were gone early. Breakfast was lukewarm and minimal. Elevator and hall needed vacuuming.

Front desk person was outside smoking with her boyfriend when we arrived and was put-off that she had to go back inside to work. She was rude and actually told me I couldn’t use the laptop desks to work the next day. She was very unprofessional and couldn’t/wouldn’t answer questions. Hire someone else for evenings!! Shower head was wonky and didn’t work well- no pressure. Morning staff person at front desk was very pleasant but stated no manager was present when I asked to speak to one about person on staff night before. No manager on duty at night or during day. Hmmm.

There could have been a few more lower-carb breakfast options. I realize there is likely a staff shortage, but there were definitely areas that could have been improved for cleanliness. Both of the lobby bathrooms were in need of cleaning, but instead they got Out of Order signs on them, for the whole weekend. Also, the pool towels ran out and the pool towel bin was overflowing.
