Very pleasant, respectful and friendly staff. Variety for breakfast. Very clean rooms with clean beddings, towel, bathroom, fridge and microwave. The beds are super comfortable. Check out time is 11am but they were flexible enough to let me check out late at no extra cost!

Location was near to where we needed to be.

Our room was down a first floor hall and then down 6 more steps. It felt like we were in a basement. My comforter smelled like wet dog and my brother stepped in a wet stop on the carpet which we assume was dog pee. The bathroom door is made of lightly fogged glass (see through.) Could hear neighbors in their rooms very clearly. Breakfast was all frozen and warmed up. No waffle machine.

This was a typical, dependable Holiday Inn. The rooms were spacious, clean, had good towels, comfortable mattresses, and good air conditioning. It was exactly what we expected and wanted. One plus was that we arrived at the hotel with quite a bit of dirty laundry. There was a small laundry room on our floor. We were able to do two loads in the early morning and were very grateful for this amenity.

Good location, very good breakfast. We also like the nearby restaurant (Copper House), and the EV charging station at the Cambridge Savings Bank building.
