The location is great, right in downtown Huntington and close to iconic restaurants such as Jim's Steak and Spaghetti.

Our room had a very strange layout. The shower was a standing shower with no tub and the curtain did not go down to the floor, so water spread all over the bathroom floor. The room was not cleaned on one of the days and the wet bathmats just sat. The heat was hard to control– even when it was set to 68 it was blasting hot air. I will say I have stayed here before and this has not always been my experience, but for the money to stay here there are much better accommodations nearby.

Great other then the parking.

The parking situation was ridiculous. The option of riding around finding street parking or paying for valet wasn’t convenient and at times stressful. There should be free garage parking with your room purchase and it should be easily accessible. I prefer for my vehicle to be safe and to have access to it so I can come and go freely and with ease.

The room, I really didn’t care for the breakfast and the dining room was closed for a reception.

The cookies were AMAZING! The front desk lady was kind, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

There were no microwaves in the rooms go heat up my supper and although there was a restaurant in the facility, there was no continental breakfast to grab before I left for work.

Clean. Spacious lobby. Spacious room and bath. Helpful, friendly staff. Good value. Plentiful parking. Nice towels and linens.

Uncocomforable bed. Lack of armchair or similar --- only a deskchair. Garage parking option was confusing. Check-in staff did not describe as valet so that it was hard to find and return into hotel from walkway. No shampoo in room 1st night.

I had to change rooms three times. The staff was amazing but I expected more from a Hilton in regards to cleanliness and the things in the room working such as the shower, toilet, and pull out bed. The shower was dirty and rusted and the carpet was dirty.

$10 @day parking! Rooms were dirty and in need of repairs. Front Desk Staff needs to be replaced with customer service oriented trained people. When you ask for "bathroom refresh" you expect to return 10 hrs later with your bathroom "refreshed"...nope not even touched...I blame the older gray haired women at the front desk for ignoring my request. She was too concerned about making sure everyone got a free bottle of room temp water. I requested again the next morning and when we returned we had clean towels but no wash cloths, soap of toliet paper. The air conditioner in the room was leaking water onto the carpet...I am reporting it now...discovered it when I walked to close the blinds (broke also) and felt the water thru my socks...we just avoided walking in that area of the room. Shower door handle is coming off...and whoever installed the shower with the water cut off valve and shower head on the wrong end of the tub or the doors are hung wrong...it makes no sense for functionality. This was my last stay here. This hotel is tired and in need of Hilton Corp. to remediate. It is not worthy to be associated with Hilton. In its day it was primo, but the ceiling is falling down in the lobby...a parking garage next door that guest can't use because of Valet parking only. One more item and that will be it...the garbage can at the elevator doors had the same trash (full) for three days before it was emptied...sorry housekeeping practices.

Elevator not working. Pushed button and panel fell apart. Arrived in the lobby water damage. As I entered part of ceiling fell down. Upon check-in we were told there no water. You can’t take a shower or use the restroom. After driving 6+ hours. We were told they would waive cancellation fees if we were able to obtain other reservations.

It was n walking distance to a lot of food places

Out dated , rooms dirty, the room we had was non smoking but smelt of smoke as well as the hallways

The king bed

The hallway smelt like old smoke and looked dirty. The bathroom had cracks in the ceiling. There was white crusty stuff (I’ll leave that to the imagination) on the cushions of the sofa bed that our kids slept on. We could smell pot in our room and our other family members who were down the hall from us smelt it also. The shower was dirty. I’ve never stayed in a hotel by Hilton that was this bad!!!!

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices including fresh fruit and hot food.

The parking was disturbing. I didn’t have a TV remote in my room. The front desk lady lied about the amount of incidental hold on my credit card as she charged my friends less than me.

Outdated facilities. A door that wouldn’t shut. No elevators working for several hours. Advertised amenities weren’t there.
