It was clean.

Every night is was very loud, a lot of music, scandals. One night somebody just entered our room, it smelled of weed even with the window opened, the furniture inside the room was broken and old.

Rooms were small and dirty, could hear every noise people made In the halls, area is sketchy and creepy at night, had to change rooms our first night there because there toilet leaked into out of the bathroom on to the rug everywhere, the second rooms toilet was clocked when we arrived and there shower didn’t work, had to buy a plunger my self at target, this hotel is clearly only used for one night sexual encounters and not a place to stay if ur planing a trip anywhere in NewYork,

Staff offered alternate room upon check-in.

Felt staff was trying to force a room with a broken bathroom (constant running water). New room felt like it was only ever surface cleaned. Bathroom vent and AC vents were packed with dust, and equipment in the room was damaged.

Everything about this place was wrong, I took a shower with a plastic cup, woke up with my hotel window opened,customer service at the front desk wanna get you out cus they use the place for short time every about this place is hell

I was placed in a “non smoking room” and smelled straight like cigarettes. The smoke alarm looked tampered with. The lever to turn in the shower was broke. There was no iron to press my clothing.

check in was smooth.

the rules regarding guest are absurd. i had my sister and friend stop by to smoke after the club & front desk called 3 times to ensure no one was staying the night. even though when we walked in, i made it very clear to the front desk they were only here to smoke then uber home

The room smelled like weed, it was strong and made the stay uncomfortable.

The location was perfect and has a big shopping area , restaurants. Above all, the hotel was desent and quiet and clean.
