The location was perfect to all stores and restaurants

The faculty was a tad bit under staffed at times, however with the climate of the day that is expected everywhere

The room smelled of cigarette smoke...only a fitted sheet on the bed and the comforter had stains all over it...there was a roach on the dresser when I woke up in the morning. The floor had sand all over the room.

The place was a dump! "Non-smoking" room smelled like an old ashtray. Lights didn't work, TV was marginal. Door lock didn't work. Bed was dirty.

There was no breakfast, there's a room on the opposite building that has a kitchen, you can make your own food. The pop machine in the kitchen didn't even work. The location isn't the best, way down the highway and hardly visible at night.

The woman running the counter is basically clueless about her job, all you see in this country now is people from other countries running all the hotels and gas stations and growing. Why is that? She was so confused and didn't know how to look up my online reservation. When I got to the hotel it was almost 1:00 am, I had got off the bus at the gas station over a mile down the road and walked in the dark. When I arrived I rang the doorbell to wake her, when she came down to speak with me she tried telling me I was to check out at 11am that very same morning. My online reservation clearly stated that I had the room from Monday the 5th of October until Tuesday the 6th, she then just agreed. I basically had to do her job for her, or so it felt that way. My suggestion is whoever runs the little shack should at least find someone who has a better understanding or background in the hotel business. I even had to figure out how to program the TV because it wouldn't work, I went to the office and the same woman said the televisions in the rooms are all screwed up, and that I should try to figure it out myself. I would never stay there again.
