Convenient to Graceland and Elvis themed. Staff is friendly. Great place to gather with fellow fans.

The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Patio was not picked up after. Beer bottles and trash were left all night and early morning. Way overpriced and in need of renovations.

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt neben Graceland. Überall sind kleine versteckte Elvis Hinweise in der Deko zu finden und man fühlt sich einfach direkt wohl in diesem wunderbaren Hotel! Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich! Die Bar und das Restaurant ist ebenfalls wunderbar und bietet tolles Essen an. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Professional and appealing.

Proximity to Graceland, comfortable place, great atmosphere, great live music. Bar tenders are friendly and make great drinks. Shuttle service to and from airport and Graceland is worth wonderful. The topper was the shuttle driver to Graceland had everyone singing an Elvis song which was so much fun and got guests super excited!

Hotel Room very stuffy and dusty, AC/heating system in rooms was difficult to regulate.

The property was beautiful. Excellent rooms, restaurants, entertainment. Lobby and outdoor gardens and patio was great! Lobby and bar spaces were beautiful and very private yet accommodating. Gift shops, parking and staff were great too.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, its clean and comfortable, the food is delicious. Try the tomahawk steak at deltas kitchen if youre really hungry! The staff are wonderful in every department. The chef from deltas kitchen came round to everyone's table to give his recommendations and to ensure that all the diners were satisfied. It was a really nice touch.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

The safe did not work. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The remote worked poorly.

The large lobby where several groups of friends could “hang out”. Being alone, I felt safe the whole time. Enjoyed the nightly 9:00 snack. I like having most of the shows there because I don’t walk very much and wouldn’t have been able to go across the street.

I think paying this much to stay there should include parking. I can’t travel very often so saving for 2+ years, I wish there were more perks. Starbucks should be open more than just mornings and early afternoon. I drink my coffee and snack in the afternoons and evenings. I was not aware there were free movies until I got home and someone asked what movies I saw. I smelled mold on occasion. I had problems with allergies until I would leave to go eat or sit outside. Sorry to sound so negative. I did enjoy myself and would stay again. There were no glasses or washrags. I had to ask for some. I got washrags. I finally just used the coffee cup over and over. Got glasses third day.

The rooms were wonderful. The grounds were awesome.

We did go into the restaurant one night to have dinner. There was 6 of us. Our waitress was horrible. It took her forever to take our order. Took a very long time to get our drinks. Pafter we got our food she never checked to see if everything was OK. She refused to split up our bill made us pay together. When we did ask for the bill it took over 45 minutes to get it. She had no personality at all. Nothing like everyone else in the hotel.

The hotel was extremely nice. Our room was clean but we had no coffee cups and only 1 towel between the 2 of us. Of course, when we went down for dinner, I asked the front desk for more towels, and they gave us plenty. The staff was great! Loved that there was security in the parking lot and inside the hotel.

Did not like the $50 fee charged for incidentals. Hotel already had our credit card on file, IF something had happened they could have charged the card or discussed it during check out. Also there were no Pepsi products available, only Coke products.

This building is a part of Presley history.

It's expensive, but even they're not serving breakfast. Even they don't have a offer bed and breakfast. You have to pay for this every morning. There are two bottles of water in the room, but not free. Rooms are not so clean, carpets are old and dirty.

Hotel was very big and decorated nicely. Love the Elvis theme
