nothing bed had stains the staff but one was nice the rest don't even get me started on the just horrible

all the above just worse Hilton I every stated at would count for a motel 6 or super 8 to be honest

Entire facility was dirty. Looked like the room was partially cleaned. Still had hair on bathroom floor and trash in main room.

It was close to the interstate.

The smoke alarm in our room flashed a bright light every 8 seconds all night. Dead cockroach in the elevator from the time we arrive to the time we left. Dead crickets and dead grasshoppers at all entryways, and dead crickets throughout the main floor. It was 90 degrees outside and the girl at the front desk had the lobby fireplace on. Asked various questions of 4 different staff. Only one (the gentleman cooking breakfast who came out of the kitchen when he saw I’d been waiting for 5 minutes on the lady behind the bar) looked me in the eye and was interested in being helpful. “Pet friendly” means there was a $75 non-refundable fee for our two dogs. We stayed in 4 other hotels during this trip with fees of either $20-$25 per dog. The ‘continental breakfast’ was $5, but did not include the warm food which was the added buffet at $13. None of it looked like it was worth $13. We got breakfast at Braums, for 4 people for $22. It was very good.

Customer service was horrible. Did not have the type of room we reserved but didn't tell us. When we called down to the desk to tell them the reply was just yeah we are out of that type. No apologies or attempt to provide alternate solutions. The breakfast was not edible and the bacon and sausage was not fully cooked and looked disgusting. When I told the desk that we couldn't eat it and that wanted to take the breakfast charge off our room, we were denied because we booked our room o. Booking.com. The whole hotel was dirty and disgusting. We will not be returning.

Check in to the hotel on Saturday may 27th only to hear a customer complaint About bedbugs in her bed and on thr flour. bites on her legs and feet. Receptionist response to that was horrible, she argued with the lady in the lobby in front of everyone. At this time I requested a refund and did not want to stay was told that night that I would receive a full refund from Hilton gardens and booking.com I woke up Sunday morning to find out that they are refusing to give me a full refund. Naturally miss Jackson is gonna say that there were no bed bugs in the room. But I know if you have bed bugs to that degree and , You have them all over the Hotel.Also now I'm waiting For my $50 deposit to be released .And I never enter the room.I Have stayed there in the past but will not ever stay Again..I guess they need the $118.00 more then I did!! WHO EVER THAT LADY REACH OUT ON FB

They have a bedbug issue, And the disrespect to that Lady in the lobby And lies about my refund.
