The walkability into the city center was nice. The staff was friendly.

The property was pretty expensive overall. The bedding was awful. No real comforter just a thin what appeared to be bed padding thing. No tub or jacuzzi area

Breakfast had a great selection each day and the Wednesday night social was a nice surprise. The front desk staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The large lobby/dining area was also a nice gathering space for our large group.

We needed the trash in our room emptied daily and that did not happen.

Breakfast, on multiple days the line for breakfast was long and by the time my family and I reached the front the workers spoke on the unavailability of multiple items. Several staff members comments were discouraging. The cost to park at this location was ridiculous; never again. Room service neglected to clean the room

Everything was great. From the cleanliness of the room to the breakfast. The receptionist by the name of Diamond who was phenomenal.

The WIFI connection was poor but other then that the stay was great.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. Gabriel at the front desk is a Gem!

A little more run down than I expected. It is clean, but not quite as clean as I would like. A little dusty, which affected my allergies, but pretty good in all of the main traffic areas of the room. The sheets did not fit the king bed probably, so they kept coming off all night.

I had a negative experience of checking into this hotel, I booked it a month before my arrival, on the day of check-in, we spent almost 2 hours to get a room, and it was still not the room we booked, it was smaller and less equipped. Initially, I was offered an even worse option, in which there was not even a folding sofa, I contacted the manager and only after 2 attempts I got a room with a sofa, but still much worse than the one that was in the photos when booking. the queue for breakfast is just huge, the breakfasts are tasteless, I had to have breakfast outside the hotel. The room was dirty even after the arrival of the maid, it did not get cleaner, the garbage remained in the same places on the floor.

Checking in was painful, took over an hour. The staff works at their own pace with no sense of customer satisfaction

The breakfast was OK. The hotel was clean and safe even though the neighborhood didn't look the best

BE CAREFUL ON PARKING CHARGE; two of the staff members told me that the parking there was $25 if you stay at the hotel, so I parked there. Today I see the change of $49+tax. ACROSS THE STREET IS THE PARKING SAFEWAY THAT CHARGES ONLY $25 . THEY ETHER ARE RIPPING YOU OFF OR THEY ARE NOT INFORMED.

Breakfast was good, but the breakfast staff was wonderful! Housekeeping staff was amazing, going above and beyond! My teenagers refuse to share a bed, so one took a cot. Housekeeping added a sheet and pillow for him! Front desk workers were always friendly and welcoming

The AC wasn't working properly and got a little hot on our last night.

The location was great

It was not clean. The sheets were old. The rooms were smelling. There were no ventilation in the bathroom or were not working The overnight pricing was over priced at $49.95

the staff was outstanding from food service to housekeeping to maintenance. the people at the front desk were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and so personable.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The breakfast was underwhelming in quality - wouldnt pay for that. the tub didnt drain right which we didnt report - im sure they would have fixed it...
