The blinds were broken - you could see into the room so we had to drape towels over the windows for privacy. The mattresses were old, uncomfortable and noisy. Also, we could not access the beach as the stairs were blocked with sand and it was never cleaned off.

Location
After a long day of sightseeing, we pulled into this property to discover there was no office and no staff on site. I called the phone number contained in the reservation, only to be told they had no record of my reservation. I was put on hold and then disconnected.
I called back and got a very nice young man who found my reservation, but didn't know my room number. He then gave me a code to what room I had no idea.
The first person I spoke with then called me back. I merged the two calls just trying to figure out what room I was in. We finally got the room number. I asked the girl to stay on the line until I got inside. When I tried to enter the code it wouldn't work. I was told 'oh you need to enter the # sign first. I had no idea about that and if I had hung up it would have had to call back because I didn't have the full code.
The room was visibly clean, but smelled very moldy/musty. I shut off the air and opened the windows to air it out and it made it bearable.
Right around 12:30 we were woken up by the people next door who were having a raging party. Finally, someone went over and told them to quiet down. It was awful.
I will never rent from Kees again. What a ridiculous system they have

Hinter einer Düne (etwa 10-20 Meter) befindet sich direkt der Strand. Zudem gab es immer zeitnah Information der Inhaber, Türcode kam direkt am Vortag mit allen Informationen die man benötigt. Es war auch alles da was man benötigt (Küche mit Kühlschrank)
Es handelt sich hier um in die Jahre geratende Bungalows (mit Teppich), eine Generalüberholung wäre ein langfristige Investition. Da würde ich auch gerne etwas mehr zahlen, so haben die Zimmer nicht zum längeren Verbleib eingeladen.

Our apartment was less than 100 feet from the ocean. The photo that Oceanside shows the gazebo were you can see the ocean and beautiful beach area. We loved how close we were to the beach. I have to walk with a cane and I was able to go up to the gazebo take photos and then go down to the beach to catch some rays. Loved it, loved it, love it. We had a great stay.

Old & run down. I booked 4 people for a 2 bedroom cottage and you gave me 2 cottages for 8 !!! People. The 2 weren’t even close. I couldn’t put my 2 grand daughters in a separate unit!!!

Beds are so thin you can feel the box spring..Took my mattress to the floor.
The pictures show beach loungers and umbrellas and there were none...This was VERY dissapointing...we left our beach stuff home just for that reason.
Parking is tight and numbers on the ground dont seem to matter.
There was 1 spot left when I got back Saturday night luckily...beach shower needs better pressure and a foot wash and maybe someone should blow the sand off the steps leading to the beach.

Equip kitchen better- only 2 forks. Clean the little porch, it was very dirty. Grill looked usable.

The location
This property is in dire need of repairs and updates. The room was filthy, blinds on the windows broken/missing, mattresses old and one had a hole, pillows completely flat, fridge rusted on top and the door, air conditioning unit and ceiling fan caked in dust, stove drawer falling off, tub so dirty it doesn’t come clean, photos painted quite a different story.

I've never stayed at a site where I had to clean before leaving and then be charged a cleaning fee. The top of the refrigerator was nasty dirty & the A.C. was dirty. The sink had rust in it. Beds had sand in them. We couldn't even get into the room without wading through the sand. The steps to the beach weren't accessible by the stairs on the room side as the staff did not bother learning the sand from the steps. The people next door were permitted to check in early without paying extra, yet we couldn't even check in until 4:10 because the key code failed to work. I've stayed in many places, but this, by far, was the worst.

Efficiency was kinda smelly. Everything I brought home has a smell. The steps to the beach were completely covered in sand which made it very very difficult to get back and forth to the beach. Really expected staff to clean them some.

The heater worked well. The cottage is really cute and spacious.

soap scum in the shower and it’s so outdated… for a little more, you can stay at a way nicer place. I don’t understand why they don’t put some money back into it…

The proximity to the beach is excellent! It was warmed up when we arrived and a light had been left on for us. That made coming in after midnight very easy.
The only issue was that the bathroom sink drain was clogged and did not get repaired until after we left. One parking spot for a two bedroom cottage would be an issue if there had been another couple along with us.

I didn’t like how 6 guys are staying in a house beside us with out two kids under 2 and all 6 guys take turns pissing out side my back door and or around the house while be and my family has been staying here
