The rooms were updated and clean. Continental breakfast was the usual. It was good. Staff was friendly. Located close to a lot of stores and restaurants.
Just a strong smell downstairs maybe coming from the renovation activity. Beds were small for two people and I like mine softer, but not something that would prevent me from coming back.

Breakfast exceptional. Everything provided was expected. Comfortable beds.
Sofa bed needs cleaning. Botched up repair on Bathroom door. Could not close door. Door needs replacing.

The fact that they was renovating should have been on the website. The description of the room was not like the room when I got there..

We had a huge roach in our room that we killed . We told the front desk, she just said ewww, sorry.

There was breakfast.
It smelled like smoke and we’re allergic to that. Beds were not comfortable. Bathtubs didn’t look clean. There was only one waffle maker for a large crowd of people so everyone couldn’t make waffles unless you had an hour to wait your turn. The lady at the desk was really nice but I’m pretty sure she was smoking in the back(she said she wasn’t).

The location was great.
I’m assuming the property was being renovated so I can understand some of the issues if that’s the case. The pool was pretty gross. I felt like it was overpriced for what we got.

Everything was perfect for our little spring break overnight get away the hotel was close to the attractions we went to see restaurant right next door was great breakfast was good the kids love the pool. The staff was friendly.
They were doing some construction but had signs up that said excuse the mess the pool was great for the kids but the pool area was very loud.

the staff was very nice
we actually cancelled our stay. the room that was described on the website was not the room we were given. I was very disappointed. I expected a large jacuzzi tub in the room not a small one in the bathroom.

Everything about this place. It’s DIRTY. It Stinks. Outdated. Furniture stained. Water was Brown.

the people working at the front desk was friendly and the location was great.
we got the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was so dirty and when you turned it on black and brown stuff came out of the jets .

Room was excellent. Very comfortable. Most of the staff was nice.
Breakfast wasn't great in comparison to other hotels we stay in. Pool looked cloudy and area a bit unclean.

Attendant on breakfast area was so helpful and friendly.
-Left end wall on the shower was full of mold and falling.
-room walls are dirty.
-sofa bed was dirty with some bread or cookies crumbs.
-popcorn ceiling falling on some areas.
-refrigerator with no brackets to keep it on place.
-loose hand rail on pony wall between sofa bed and queen bed.
-dirty swimming pool and sharp steps, son gets a small cut on he’s feet.
