I liked the fact that I didn't have to share walls like a hotel. I was very comfortable and cozy. Seriously one of the best places I've stayed in a very long time. The cabin feel made me glad I spent the money to be there. I also really loved not having to buy dinner every night, making food there was a great addition to not staying in a hotel.

I wish I could say something negative but I can't.

Pat & John were great to work with. Our house was just as described. Location was amazing and directions to the house were spot on! The house fit our group perfectly! The deck was where we spent a lot of time!

Generally everything was good!

The only problem of any real significance is the tendency for the living room and kitchen to become warm from the sun and the upper windows in the south A frame. The fans and cooler helped and we had a great stay. By 6-700 pm the decks were very comfortable and cooled off for sleeping. Immaculate prepared and cleanliness. Very convenient to town and state park.

It was a great fit for our multi generational family of 12 Location was excellent

No air conditioning except on top floor. Main floor was miserably hot No Wifi which is pretty much essential these days for keeping in contact, occasional business needs as well as for those moments when you need some entertainment for youngsters. No visible upkeep/modernization of the property. One entrance and half the deck demolished by a storm and not yet repaired.
