Love the breakfast and the location was good , very quiet and has beautiful view!

The historic building was wonderful to see. The location to trails made the hikes, albeit them short were nice and convenient. Breakfast was fun, interacting with the hosts and the good food made for a nice time.

Breakfast didn't start until 9 and the hot water didn't kick on until 7. No refrigerator or microwave.

The location was amazing.

The room was a little small, tiny bed, and noisy rain drips on the windows.

Interesting history to the lodge. Excellent space to the suite. Short drive to downtown Stillwater. An enjoyable breakfast, with plenty of fresh food.

The 8 course breakfast was incredible! The smiles, helpfulness was top notch! The room were super clean. The bed was comfy! It’s a very quaint setting also!

I would love to give an exceptional rating for this property but there are some issues that are hard to overlook. I can imagine that keeping such an old building maintained is a monumental task. The building is in dire need of roof repair and paint. However, some basics are minimal expectations for a B&B. The bed was not comfortable. The water in the shower went from very cold to very hot several times during a short shower. The Robert Frost room was quite large but needs some comfortable seating. The photos on the website show a loveseat instead of the hard antique chairs that are currently in the room. I would return again to try a different room and would love to see this property in the winter with fireplaces lit and snow for snowshoeing!

Very quiet lodge next to trails and park. Hosts were wonderful and incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. Great outdoor space and setting.

The grounds are beautiful. It was so relaxing. The staff great. The breakfast was awesome. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend to our friends.
