It was a short drive to Michigan’s Adventure and the beach. Didn’t have bed bugs.

Our first floor room leaked rain water from the ceiling when a storm passed through. Hotel was not in a good location. Laundry area felt very unsafe. The pool and hot tub water was not very clean. Power went out because of the storm and generators didn’t light up the rooms.

The roaches in the bed. I was kicked off the premises for requesting a refund. The manager was acting ignorant about the roaches and refusing to acknowledge the pics and videos I took showing the roaches in the bed. Paying for 2 nights and not staying in the room more than 20 mins. This hotel is beyond disgusting and fraudulent. Definitely contacting the BBB and multiple other agencies about the conditions of the hotel and the treatment from management

Location to visit family

Very much needs to be updated Breakfast was sparse and NOT ALLOWED to return to my room with food. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, when I complained they covered with Frebreeze.

The lady when we checked out was nice

It was gross towels and sheets where gross had black and red stuff on them… the person when I checked in also said I had to pay me $100 deposit and I’d get it back when I check out even tho I had already paid it. The lady when I checked out said who ever took it shouldn’t have

Dirty. Poor workmanship in renovations. Subpar .

Dirty. Slum quality. Not kept up. Rooms were very bad. Breakfast area looked good.

the hallways smelled of smoke it was very run down the check in clerk ignored me for a few minutes and kept talking on the phone and trying to extend the conversation on the phone and then finally after about 5 minutes spoke to me
