No towels in room, no shower curtain. When I went to front desk to ask for the items. The lady told me she was short staff so she couldn’t bring the items to the room. So, I had to do it myself and the towels she gave was pool towels. Breakfast- I got the biscuits & gravy. The gravy was cold.

The rooms were very clean for the most part, bit some of the furniture and linen(pillows) need to be changed. Pet control needs to spray the ants.

The bathtub had noticeable mildew in the corners. The pillows need to be replaced because they're worn. I was bitten on my face by ants, which covered my cup the following morning. The sofa was disgustingly stained.

Comfortable beds, great with a sofa in addition to the beds. The bath tub was much appreciated by the kids.

No restaurant/dinner possibilities. Only one restaurant in walking distance and it was not top notch.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were cheerful and happy.

We arrived at about 10:00pm. The bathroom smelled as if someone had been smoking marijuana. The next day the room was cleaned and smelling much better but we couldn't get into the room. The safety latch was locked over the door. After entering the room there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion and all those items were there when we left that morning.

The manager, Americus, was the worst hotel manger I have ever encountered. I cordially requested to cancel my entire stay on 12/22/2022 after being in the room for less than 20 mins. The couch was dirty with stains and the fridge was nasty with multiple strands of hair in it. The front desk lady, Laketha, empathetically apologized for the room and offered to take me to look at an “Executive Room”. I was open to the idea and went to see the room in the 4th floor. Nothing was executive about the new room as it was the exact same room, but worse with a horrible horrible odor. Again, I kindly declined the room and simply requested to cancel my stay as I was not pleased nor comfortable with staying in the hotel for multiple days. I booked the room via booking.com, and on the confirmation email it said if you choose to cancel then you would have to pay $106.09. However, Laketha gave me a printed Folio (receipt) showing I had to pay for the entire day (not cancellation fee) and charged the room as $114.50 not the $106.09 cancellation fee showed in the email from booking.com. I kindly asked to speak with the hotel manager to get clarity on why their is a price difference as I was requesting to cancel the entire stay not pay as if I was staying there for one night. Long story short, the hotel manager, Americus, was rude from the very beginning as if she was offended that I was asking for clarity and pointing out to her that she was wrongfully charging me an extra $8. She had the worst attitude I have ever experienced from any manager in any industry. She literally lied about not being able to do a cancellation fee, per the email from booking.com, saying that is not their policy. While I was still asking her questions Americus just rudely walked away and had Laketha bring me an updated Folio (receipt) where she (America) manually updated the room charge to the $106 cancellation price showed on booking.com.
