tidy- nice bed mattress for us (not too squishy) - good for the rate - felt safe enough - no odd odors (no musty smell, no old cigarette odor)

Room was very small. Asked for hand lotion, shampoo etc. Had none.

I was told upon my arrival that Booking .com would not Pay for me to have a standard room with a small refrigerator and microwave… I was told that would be an extra $35.00 a night to have one. Since I was staying for 7 nights I thought it would be nice and then was told that all those rooms were taken. I told the person at the checkin that all of my rooms with Booking.Com always had those items. I did not have a decent chair to sit in… the bed was old… got a toll of toilet paper and two small bars of soap! I asked about housekeeping and they said that it was happen every third day. It didn’t happen on the 3rd or the fourth or the fifth after inquiring each day.. finally got maid service on the day before I checked out….no one cared!!!

I normally love my stay there because it's normally so clean and comfortable, but this time not so much...

My bathtube had a screw in it, (my son stepped on it that's How it was found) also there was black pet hair all inside sink, on bathroom counter, inside Ice bucket, and lastly the beds were so ichy, didn't seem as the sheets were clean....I'm very sorry I normally wouldn't complain but it's was very disappointing and not normal for you guys

There was no shower curtain and the sink didn't drain.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. I needed milk in the morning. They have a vending machine with milk. Nice location, easy to find, easy on and off the freeway. Easy booking online with no prepay if you want to pay when you get there. Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush they gave us a choice of fixing the problem, or we could have another room. we took another room with no problem they gave us new key cards and a room number right across the hall.

Having access to the end doors so we could load and unload our things easier.

I stay at Motel 6 because of their Pet policy, which is hands down the best. This Location is an older "Inside doors" type, which is great if its raining, but makes it a little challenging to get the dogs out to the car. Not knowing if you'll meet other dogs in the hallway etc. Also, people do not pick up after their pets, so the motel should consider doing that to provide a more sanitary pet area.

That it was temporary

The bed cover had someone else's dog's hair on it. Fleas which I was eaten when I got in bed. A long pink hair in the bath/shower walls. The dog disposal was not emptied nor the bags replaced when they were empty. I couldn't see what I was doing unless I went into the light of the bathroom.
