Check in was awesome, location was awesome but unit is dated. Floors were dirty, after 5 minutes walking barefoot your feet were black. Hair all over the floors. They only gave you two coffee packs. We had 4 adults. Not a bargin either. It was expensive but I figured it would be worth it but it wasn't.

I'm not sure if I "liked" this but it was something of note: The relatively small room had the most gigantic TV I have ever seen in a hotel room, and I've been in plenty across the U.S. and Europe. I didn't measure it but it was probably 60 or 70 inches. Totally unnecessary in such a small room. The king-size bed - which took up the entire alcove space and left no room for night stands/shelves - was firm but comfortable and the pillows were also comfortable. The lack of a nightstand meant that anything you would usually have next to you such as your phone, water, medications, had to be placed on the floor.

The AC was difficult to calibrate to a comfortable level and the ceiling fan, when used, had an annoying whine. The two main issues were: 1) People in the room above chose 2 am to seemingly start moving furniture and clomping up and down. This went on until 4:30 a.m. and we were unable to go back to sleep. There was no staff on-site. It would seem rooms on the upper floors should either be carpeted or better insulation placed between floors. I paid almost $200 for this room and got, at most, 3 hours of sleep. Even more annoying was the next thing! 2) The shower did not work! The knob did not correspond to "left" for hot and "right" for cold and just kept spinning. I spent at least 10 minutes trying to get the water to some tolerable temperature and finally got it tepid enough for a quick shower after an almost sleepless night.

The location was great. The staff were great especially Nicole at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to acknowledge my birthday with a card and bottle of wine. The room was clean and comfortable.

The grout in the bathroom was black and our hot water was not hot. The pool area was taken over by a large group and music playing.

It's was cute. Had a beachy feel to it. Staff was very nice. I loved the access to the room. No card to fool with. Used a code to get in and out of the room. It was very quaint.

The furniture in the room was dirty looking. Really need an update or someone come in and steam clean the furniture. It was stained.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable . My husband travels 60 to 90 days each year and said it was the worst bed he's ever slept in.

Excellent location, the room had a full size refrigerator, with microwave, stop top, and pans, silverware, plate ware. Nice shower and bathroom. Nice staff, great value for the price.
