The staff was nice. Check in was less than 30 seconds.

I expected a little more out of a room for $500. Minus the location and some basic French decor it was nothing special. The AC in the room didn't work. For $500 a night I expect the AC to work. Got home late from a concert and the room was muggy and hot. Opened the windows yet there was no breeze so it really didnt do anything. It was late, around midnight, when I called the front desk I offered a fan. Not sure what I was expecting at that hour but the front desk guy did personally bring it to my room, that helped cool down the room a little but I sleep with my AC very low and was very uncomfortable all night. I did not get any sleep.

The hotel is very cute and the staff extremely helpful.

The only downside is the parking is street parking or across the street behind a bank.

This boutique hotel offers old world charm in one of the prettiest towns of Silicon Valley. Well situated on Los Altos Main Street, it is also a short walk from the beautiful Redwood Preserve park and nature trail. The staff — especially Carla and Christian — are very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary glass of wine and cheese plate served daily is a nice added touch.

The location was perfect and within walking distance to many different restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs we had that came up during our stay. The hotel was beautiful and charming!

The wifi was spotty at times.

I loved the place and it’s location , the room was super and the hotel manger was super attendant and friendly. The towels were of great quality and so as the toilet amenities.

Breakfast came with the room. Because I was staying in the Suite, I think they up-graded us to the full regular breakfast rather than the basic breakfast. I had delicious french toast covered in fresh fruit and my wife the vegetarian omelette. The night before was Valentine's Day. Usually restaurants are packed and rush you through on prix fixé menus... no such thing here...peaceful and quiet. There was a special Valentine's dinner, but we could also order off the regular menu. Even with wine, dessert, appetizers the total was mid-hundred. I also didn't mention the complimentary wine they offered me when I first arrived along with complementary cheese plate in the afternoon. The room was the up-graded suite...it is larger than 2 regular rooms and goes across the whole front end of the hotel. With double pane windows, the room was silent. There was a fire-place, 2 TV's, refrigerator, Kuerig machine...the sheets were extremely high count and silky. My wife had a zoom meeting and they let her stay to finish in the suite an extra hour...

A lovely piece of France situated in Los Altos. Great attention detail, luxury, and a brilliant breakfast to boot.

Limited parking, room size (for price) is somewhat small.

Location.

Concierge Christian had the requisite French accent but was completely ineffective on multiple occasions. Failed to email me a copy of my receipt. Failed to email me confirmation of an additional night until I called again. He and staff were constantly pulling down their masks and put them on only to talk to you. Cheese plate had lousy selection and stale bread.

Karla was amazing from the moment that we stepped foot into the hotel. She was very warm, welcoming, & friendly. She made sure our stay while at the hotel was amazing. The original room we had booked the door was having issues & she took it upon herself to upgrade our room to one where the door was having no issues. The room its self exceeded our expectations. It was decorated amazing & the bathroom was beautiful. The bed & the linens were extremely comfortable. My partner & I both slept very well. It was very convenient and nice to have the bistro located in the hotel as well.

Parking was difficult.

The staff's service was great! They even surprised us with a special happy birthday/cake in-room! The complimentary arrival wines + snacks + breakfast were a nice touch.

The arrival was a bit clunky - seemed like only one person working front desk, with no one greeting us at the door & to inform us about unloading & parking situation.

Excellent service and accommodations. Highly recommended!

The delightful owner greets guests and exudes hospitality and a love of providing a gorgeous and comfortable (down to every detail) respite for guests…furry friends, too. A showcase for unique French antiques and paintings. A lovely touch of France in Los Altos. You won’t want to leave.
