The bed was surprisingly comfy, big room of 3 bunk beds. Great value for money
The house looks old, dirty kitchen and bathroom area. No bathroom mat. Walk in area, gate and front door are open to everyone.

There isn‘t much to say when we arrived the customer told us he canceled the reservation. The bed isn’t available anymore.
The reason „an invalid creditcard“. 5 minutes before we came??
The cancellation date was shown as March 12th, the check in would have been March 11th.
For me an unacceptable way to treat customers!!!!!
Not even to ask for another creditcard, debitcard! just „now the bed is already gone. we had to find another lodging. what was almost impossible in the night of check in at 8 PM. 😔

The price was good.
No actual parking space like advertised. Pictures are way misleading. Place is run down. Walls are thin. No heating.

The location was perfect ,corner property tons of parking behind rolling gates,with room to spare.tis is the hidden gem of all gems .I got to play chess with several challenging players.
Me I could have been better I was straight out of the hospital ,Took Uber right there.my bed was made ,well stocked bathrooms and huge kitchen and dining room.stove ,oven ,microwave,toaster and toaster oven ,air frier.two fridges in kitchen ,island in kitchen with six tall chairs.

Door and room locks weren’t working. Stove worked only if you have a lighter to start the unit. More cups better. No garbage can in the room. A towel given when arriving would be good.

The bathrooms were insufficient for the number of guests.. I think 4 - 5 people is max for 2 bathrooms in this setting

the clientele was a great mix of people, the best part of the place.
the overhead light was out. i had to beg the mgr 2 days to get it replaced. he was instantaneously quick to take my money but not to provide light in the room for a paying customer.

It was right next to a bus route (33 to Santa Monica I believe its called). Four person dorm was decent.
Theres no security lockers and you must call the owner for passcode/check in.

People who were staying there are very nice and helpful.
Not as clean as could be, however lots of people will have mess.

Everything was bed
bad experience, the walls were dirty in the room, the bed was made of metal and to climb into the bunk it shook a lot and it looked like you were going to fall, when I arrived at 10 pm the stove was dirty then the person who received me said he would clean it, he cleaned it and soon after a cockroach appeared walking on the stove, on the floor I also saw baby potatoes. the kitchen had a bad smell and when I went to eat my food it made me want to vomit the kitchen bench was all torn up the kitchen cabinets had no door as per the doors below !!! the sleeping comforter was tiny so they had 2 one to cover the legs and one to cover the arms

There are some nice couches as you can feel very comfortable. Also it has a tv and a playstation.

This place is trashed - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They should not be on booking.com
There were several young men smoking on the porch. No greeting, no one in charge. Junk cars and trash in the yard. There are no markings for the business, it is basically a frat house. there was NO WAY I could stay there, the owner met me and said he understood, and that he would refund my payment. WHich he never did.
