the facilities were close to everything in town, they allowed dogs and had a great space to let them out.

dated, doors weren’t clean, garbage can had garbage in it from a previous tenant - the hot tub bathroom facilities were filthy.

Room was spacious and clean beds were very comfortable

The fridge froze everything we put in it

tv didn’t work properly, heater was turned on prior to is getting there around 10/1030pm, took a while to cook the room down. the shower head was broke, leaked a lot

I booked this hotel as it had breakfast including but the kitchen was down for the 2 nights I stayed with no discount

the room smelled bad and i only got one towel

Location was not too far from anything within driving distance however, having Boston Pizza attached to the hotel, a liquor store and Fox Mountain Brewery within walking distance is an absolute bonus.

A bit of an upgrade to the look of the hotel would have been nice, the carpets and ceiling is outdated and my shower head wasn't flowing all that great.

the booking travelosity person booked us in a room with an adjoining room that after beenin gin the gungy room for 2 hours found out the adjoining room door didnt have a lock so when i tried the door it opened and i was nortified to find that the people next to us(that we dont know) could enter our room at any time. this was the final straw as the room had no mattress covers on, it also had the electrical holk ups for the lamp and alarm clock we pluged to a multi plug that was inbetween the mattresses that is a major fire hazard. it was not well cleaned so we left and asked forour money back. we were not inpressed with anything and would not recommend it to anyone. imagine because of all there was no other hotels to be found so we had to sleep in our vehichle. for your sake this hotell needs some help

Both myself and my husband were bitten multiple times by bed bugs. When we called after our stay to inform them of the bed bugs and asked If we could be reimbursed for our stay, we were informed that other guests had stayed in that room with no issues and hung up the phone. Room 322.

Upholstery on chairs were stained to the point you were uncomfortable sitting on them. Legs on one chair were also wobbly. Chairs need replacing or reupholstering in suite 218.
