it was creepy with cars parked next to the rooms, I was told that I couldn’t use my card and that I should go to atm at 11pm because my full name is not on the card, it was very dangerous n very inconvenient, I am a very small lady n that was very dangerous n scary for mi!! The room was surely not worth the money I paid small n dingy looking!! I asked who’s car was parked outside and they said their staff n that I shouldn’t worry an that i was ok…. it was scary, very uncomfortable, and they took my money the next day that I didn’t authorize

Perfect spot if your going to Universal Studios, the lot felt safe and secured. The Staff was really Nice.

Not much maybe water pressure in the shower, but considering California's Drought you can't blame them. So nothing really.

They are really personal and lend lots of help when you check in.

It’s more of a motel rather than a hotel and gave off very creepy vibes. The hotel room was depressing.

The room was great! It is like a private small house with a private parking. A few minutes walk from the universal studios. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful.

Great location and close to Universal studios. Xavier was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Xavier for making our stay so comfortable, wonderful and make us feel like home. The room was perfect and we had a great stay.
