Not much really

I was over charged for my room. There’s no room service. No shuttle service to the port.

We liked that it was outside the city centre but still close enough to enjoy touristing.

Close proximity to the Link light rail and several great restaurants. Very comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and provided different options daily.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower and clean bathroom. Great access to the train so you can go to and from the airport and Seattle downtown activities without worrying about traffic. Great continental breakfast included (with make-your-own waffles and lots of other tasty options). Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out. Northgate area has lots of restaurants nearby, so it's convenient for that.

Parking was pricy at $20/day considering this wasn't downtown and they have their own dedicated garage.

BED BUGS! we stayed 2 nights and both got bit by bed bugs. The staff would not communicate with me! They seemed to not want to even discuss this. Afrer 5 days of waiting to get a call back I called again! The man dismissed what I had to say and said “uh huh”.. A manager finally emailed me.. I was told they would contact me after the room gets inspected by pest control. I went to the doctor and got the bites confirmed. EWW the pool was also dirty.

The beds are very comfortable - lots of pillow options, too. Great soundproofing on the freeway side. Super close to the lightrail - less than 5 minute walk. Breakfast is very good, and hot coffee available all day.

Really safe parking with EV charging stations. I checked in late and was greeted by nice staff. They had coffee and tea available 24hrs. They have an elevator that brings you directly to the parking garage.

The vending machine in my floor was not working, but they have plenty of options for beverages and snacks (with some healthy options) at reception.

Room cleaning is complementary but must be requested. The scheduled room cleaning on Thursday noon did not take place.

We had an appointment at UW so Hampton was close and convenient
