The location was great. The room was big, clean, no funny smells. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The beds definitely need an upgrade, they were not very comfortable. The continental breakfast could use some help as well.

breakfast was nice and simple. It was individually wrap bread and k-cup coffee. Bed sheets were clean. Towels were clean.

Close to wear my truck broke down
They double charged me and did nothing about it!

They lock the hotel lobby during the middle of the day.

Staff was friendly at check in. Location is good.
The room was awful. Carpet deeply stained almost everywhere. Countertop refrigerator sat on the carpet with small microwave on top.
Counter for sink had broken edges. Soapy fingerprint on towel rack. Sliding door to deck was full of cobwebs. That said, sheets were clean.
This was the back section, I had previously stayed in the section over the lobby and it was nice.

How close it was to my sisters.
The bed was rock hard, the bathroom was gross, the window was broken, when I booked the room it said it had a balcony and it didn't. The carpet was gross, the box spring was dirty. I would not stay here again.
It said free breakfast and breakfast was bread, apples and coffee or tea.

Was the worst bed I have slept in. The box spring was so squeeky couldn’t get out of bed without waking up my husband.So many stains on carpet.Didn’t dare try breakfast☹️

The room was clean but the odor when you turn off the AC was terrible
The cleanliness of the lodge. From the check in area, to the stairs to my room looked like never been cleaned. The pet hairs and toys was in the check in area and looked like has been there for decade. The stairs to my room has litter which I believed has been there for decade as well and very dusty stairs way.
