Great location… the staff was very friendly…
The beds were very uncomfortable
The shower had zero pressure and you couldn’t adjust the head
The tv channels didn’t work only like 5 channels worked… the channels that didn’t work said it was a disruption in my service please contact manager…
There should be curtains in the patio to have privacy from your neighbors… there shouldn’t be a window in between the patios it should be a curtain or a wall… I get like my neighbor was in my face everytime I went out.. just didn’t like not having privacy when I went out to smoke a cig…
Needs to have the out shower fixed…. We weren’t able to clean off after the beach

Very convenient location, right on the beach and within a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants.
Parking was a little tight. Although everything was pretty clean, it was very dated.

It was very clean, we had an ocean view and it was just steps away from the beach.
Parking was awful, the person next to us couldn’t park straight and my husband had to pull out of the parking spot so I could get in the car.
Sharing a balcony with the people next to us was very uncomfortable and not relaxing.

The location was good. You could walk to a few stores an restaurants and coffee shops! We also walked to the light house! You could get right on the beach in about 1 minute from our room. Perfect!
This doesn't have anything to do with the hotel personally, but I wish the area had more live music.

Our location was six miles from additional family who had travelled from out of state and staying in Avon .Very pleased that our room was only one staircase up so perfect for us Older Folks.
The steps leading to the beach had a bit of a drop off so I walked up the sandy portion which was fairly easy .

Location - Location - Location --right on the beach! Sunrises in the morning and Sunsets in the evening! PERFECT!
Parking is tight, but I liked that there was a designated spot for you to park at and you didn't have to park in a different place each time---made it nice

Fantastic location. Right on the beach, so could hear and see which made for a wonderful, relaxing time.

The location and price.
I love the location but our room was super out-dated, the fridge ran all night and was noisy. The tile floors looked like they were from the 70's and I did see a bug inside. The sink was clogged and the heater / a.c. was okay. It wasn't noisy but the air felt damp and musty even though it was 30 degrees out. Our friend's also stayed there and their room was nice and updated. The hotel REALLY needs to update the older rooms especially room B.

There was a sandbank on the steps to the room.
We're to have a room with a view of the ocean, which really wasn't.

So close to the beach and everything in the town. Love the private porches!!! Gives that home town feeling

Excellent view, right on the beach. Loved the patio and the fact that it had an enclosed porch as well since we came in December, you can still sit outside and watch the sunrise without freezing!

We loved the closed in front porch off the room.
Was disappointed at the view. It was advertised as a “sea view” room. Sure if you actually walked out to the beach lol. Not so much from the room though.

lots of little things: lots of sand-covered wooden steps to climb, no hairdryer, no stirrer sticks for coffee, shower valve only closed halfway, etc
