love the view and the location very kid friendly

there was some mold in the showers and the lack of cleaning supplies you travel all the way there and stay for a whole week and then have to go out and buy trash bags and dish soap and toilet paper before the end of the week.

The property was good

Loved the location and the kids loved the water park and pools! Food and staff at Riptide Grill were great!

Remotes to both TV ‘s were worn out and only worked occasionally. They need to be replaced. Faucet in kitchen loose and needs repaired. The dishwasher was missing the rollers for the racks , so it was hard to load and unload the dishwasher. Washer and Dryer combo worn out. It made loud noises and the dry just stopped working all together, so now I have a bunch of wet clothes and no where to dry them, since we leave in the morning.

Shaded Waterpark is awesome. Beach is spectacular. Ghost crab hunting at night with kids spectacular.

Room was tiny tiny. Installations dated and A/C dirty

Easy access to the beach and the view. The room was a perfect size and the pictures online were true to size and were not misleading!

The elevator was really slow all day. There is not a arcade even tho the website said there was. The kids splash pad was a lot smaller than the pictures online. It was very disappointing. The adults only hot tub was not only adults the entire stay.

The location was good ..lots of amenities for the kids.

It was close to the beach

You have to wait 20 minutes for the elevator and there was no direction I had to find a room

I liked the room and location and facilities.

The security guard was looking in peoples bags while they was in the pool. Also, it is advertised as having an adult only pool and that was false with there being so many kids in both pools it was hard to find a time where I wasn't being surrounded by little ones.

the couch was itching and nothing to cook with. had no pots , pans or even a baking dish

property was very clean and comfortable! Easy access to your car! I loved my stay.

I didn’t like when we got there our first day, we seen several signs saying we needed a parking pass and wrist band but we didn’t know where to get it. We found out we supposed to got it from the gift shop but they was closed until the next day. Good thing is, the security guard advise us we can park in the deck without the parking pass until the next morning. Also the security guard also helped me locate my room. He was very nice, patient and helpful.
