It was so simple to check in to our condo. Parking passes were laying out and ready. A simple list that we completed to check out. Everything was very clear. Never had to call and get more information from anyone.
It was unclear on what to do with our parking pass on the way out. We placed it back in the room. Also the email formatting was weird from Rental Joy. There were some odd characters that got sent with the email making it much longer. I was not impressed with the emails, but they had good information.

Beds were horrible and stained linens ! I had to fix the commode from running everytime you flushed it ! Dishes were dirty put up like they were clean. So much dust on ceiling fans and ceiling it was crazy. Sneezed the whole time there.

The location was great. The swimming pools was spacious.
The mattress was extremely old and thin. There were barely any decorations and what was there was old. The code to get in the parking garage had been changed and our contact didn't even know.

Liked how close we were to the beach and being on the second floor!
The ice maker didn’t work in the fridge. We contacted the front office to get it fixed but they weren’t able to but gave us a bag of ice.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable and it hurt to sleep on but it wasn’t too terrible.
The chairs on the balcony were short enough to where the railing blocked the view when you sat down.

Overall the room had a nice view and was a nice looking room. Location was nice being close to the state park. And wasn't right in the middle of the main strip.
The room was NOT cleaned well. 4 DEAD cockroaches on top of the fridge with a layer of dust, we left alone so it's still on top of the fridge. The love seat was BROKE IN HALF couldn't use at all! We had no linens for the pull-out sofa bed 1 comforter that was folded in closet smelled like beer! My child refused to use. The drapes in the living room has what looks like dried blood smeared in several spots on the backside and can be seen while sitting on the balcony. The MASTER bed was VERY HARD and uncomfortable! The window in the masterroom was a view of the hallway and was very bright from the lights at night, it's only covered by a blind. The dryer knob was broke and falls off, very very slow to dry and will keep spinning when you open the door unless you turn it off with the knob.

Room was just as pictured, plenty of space for our family of 6.
The property posted that they had pest control coming to spray, we did see roaches in the stairwell and outside the rooms and even seen a few in our room. I did send a text to the Realjoy team, great communication and they said they would have some one and assist us. At that point there was not much they could have done because the resort was spraying. This is not something that I would rate negative for room 207 but this seems as a common issue for a resort that size and we did spend our morning that we were packing up making sure all our bags were emptied out and free of any pests.....

It was very spacious. Balcony view was great. Dillon was awesome at the Beach he was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back.
Neither bathroom showers were cleaned, hair and soap residue . The bathroom floors were dirty. By the time you walked out of bathroom your feet would be dirty. We were given the wrong gate code. We had to ask someone for the correct one.
