A relação custo-benefício é muito boa, e está relativamente perto dos parques Disney indo de rideshare. Óptimo compromisso para o valor que se paga.

Havia objectos (lixo) de hóspedes anteriores debaixo das camas mas a limpeza no geral estava ok. O pequeno almoço não tem muita variedade mas nunca faltou comida.

Que no se hace aseo todos los dias, lunes, miercoles y viernes no limpian y cuando lo hacian era muy deficiente, no reponian papel higienico, y encontre varios veces insectos en la habitación. Los horarios de traslado a parques que fue el motivo para hospedarnos, el de Universal no sirve, te llevan a las 07:00 am y recogen a las 06:45 pm y el parque funcionaba de 09 AM a 09 PM, por lo que gastamos en Uber. Desayuno poco variado.

The price was reasonable and the location was near Animal Kingdom.

Upon entry in the lobby, the staff member was friendly and so was the roach crawling around the coffee cups and counter top. Once I saw that, I requested to see a room and found a dead roach on the wall. I decided to lodge elsewhere.

Es necesario que renueven sus alfombras y colchones. Por otro lado, es importante la limpieza de las áreas libres como las escaleras. Asimismo, se sugiere diversificar el desayuno que brinda el hotel.

The front desk staff at night was extremely friendly and pleasant. We were able to park right in front of our room. I am glad I did not upgrade to the "lake view" rooms. There did not appear to be any view of a lake, I could be wrong, but I did not see one at night. There was a view of the swimming pool on the lake view side. Don't waste your money. We stayed only one night; we drove down from Ocala to catch a morning flight from MCO. The airport is about 20 miles away, it took 45 minutes to get to the airport at 7:15AM in the morning. I had no problem catching my plane. Looks like they had a decent breakfast, we paid for it, but did not get to have any because of our flight. Breakfast is served starting at 7AM. The location seemed good if you like to be near lots of restaurants, shopping, and enjoy highway noise.

Room smelled bad like chemicals. The stink was overwhelming, and seemed like they were covering something up. A/C needed to be cleaned as well. I guess they care more about appearing to care about Covid then a real threat like legionaries' disease... breath in at your own risk. The Door did not close all the way and light poured in all night. Street noise was very loud, heard sirens all night. Bathroom was very small, and toilet was super short. My husband is 6' 6" and found the bathroom to be very tight and the seat way too low. Check-in process was very strange, could have been streamlined. Still doing COVID precautions, over kill and poor housekeeping service overall. Housekeeping only available a couple of days a week. Are they afraid of guests or are they just pinching pennies and downsizing the staff. who knows... not for me. Next time we will get an AirBnB instead and support a local homeowner.

Nicht besonders sauber, teilweise heruntergekommen und nachts etwas laut. Das Frühstück war dürftig. Die Rühreier würde ich vermeiden, da diese mich nach einer halben Stunde bereits wieder verließen.

Breakfast was good.wish they would add bacon. However they were out of yogurt the 4 days we were there.

Double beds are too small and that they don't provide housekeeping services everyday. Only certain days.

Rooms had a bad smell the whole time we were there. There were cockroaches in the room. The staff was nice and friendly and prepared another room but we didn’t have time nor the energy to move everything as we were too excited for Disney. I didn’t sleep well because of the smell and bugs.

Acomodação típica dos EUA, chão de carpete para, duas camas queen bem macias. Lençóis limpos, toalhas também, quarto organizado e bem limpo.

O Café da manhã é bem simples, mas eu que sou de comer pão com ovo e tomar café puro me atendeu super bem

Have stayed here previously a couple of times. Bagels were offered for breakfast and powdered hot chocolate. It seems like less quality and number of items are offered

I think you should clean the carpets in the rooms more frequently.

Nothing! Not being able to find the room (for over 10 minutes) and the interaction with the front desk clerk, was not a good start to our stay. Instead of being given a different room upon request, someone was called down to walk us to the room that was originally given.

The layout is not the best, we could not find our room. The instructions given and the map were not accurate. Room numbers on the wall not visible due to poor lighting. Staff present at front desk was not very polite and did not accommodate us when we requested a different room. Room was not that clean, bugs found in the bathroom, water was stopped up in tub/sink and there was no signal for the tv.

hola en general el hotel sirve para ir a los parques. nosotras disfrutamos un dia de pileta que estuvo muy bien.

deberían tener mejor horarios de traslados a los parques. el primero comenzaba a las 10.45 cuando los parques inician a las 9 con lo cual perdías casi 2 horas,

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was very smelly. It was close to the highway, the window was not sound proofing, so the noise was so loud that I didn't get any sleep. The drainage was blocked and the faucet was spraying water everywhere.

They didn't vacuum the floor on the inside of the bed. I can smell the dust at night. The swimming pool and facilities were not maintained properly. But other than these, we loved everything else. It's a very good value and the breakfast was really yummy!
