first off there needs to be better instructions on the condos youre renting. there were 3 towers and on tower1 there is east tower and west tower. my instructions didnt state either tower just tower 1. and we wasnt the only people that was confused about where to go. also you need a maintence person for each tower!!! our sink in the bathroom leaked and so did the toilet. the tv in the living room only work on 1 channel, when i contacted Kelly she said she would contact the provider who never came! when we went to the front desk they stated they had nothing to do with that tower. needless to say ill never stay there again!

maintience and a reliable host!

We Stayed at the Calypso In Panama City Beach Florida. We stayed in the east tower in 1807 which was overlooking the beach. It was a very nice unit, plenty of room and was very clean. All we needed was there. You have to use a sent PDF barcode for the parking deck and for what ever reason it wouldn't work, I made a phone call to Kelly Phillips. She was absolutely fantastic. she lives local and was even willing to drive to the condo and bring me a new printed copy of a new parking pass. I was blown away! Over and above. I will seek out ITrip from now on! in this day and age of craziness, These are the kind of people I want to do business with! Thanks Kelly you have a customer for life!

The master mattress could use to be replaced, it sagged in the middle

The view was amazing! And the location was perfect. We walked to the festival. We also enjoyed the free parking.

The king size mattresses needs to be replaced. The mattress is worn out and provided no back support and the couch is lumpy. There were only one set of towels in each bathroom, thank God I brought our own. I think for the price, the condo furniture (bed and couch) needs to be upgraded.

We loved the location👍🏼👌🏼👏🏼 It’s right on the beach and we were able to walked to the pier park. The unit is decorated nicely and it had what we needed.

The unit where we stayed was super dirty, FILTHY, I even got sick with allergies bc of the accumulation of dust there was. I wish the unit was properly cleaned, Especially when They charged us almost a $200 cleaning fee. One of The toilets didn’t work but they came to fix it during our stay.

Great location near almost everything. Beautiful beach with lots of room. Itrip agent there for my every question.

The room could definitely use some upgrades. Some of the beach chairs were reserved by a room even if they weren’t being used. Other than that I loved everything.

Sofa bed couldn’t be slept on
