This lovely home was perfect for our family of 9. It was spacious, clean and had stunning views of the sunsets over the water. We all enjoyed the pool, game room, fishing, and watching the baby ducks. The owners were very accommodating with allowing us to arrive a day early when we changed our flight due to weather. Nothing was overlooked and we would be lucky to stay there again!

We stayed with friend for a golf vacation. Homes was immaculate and very spacious. The patio, pool, hot tub and game room were great. Totally enjoyed our stay and would come back. Thank you for allowing us to use your fantastic vacation home!

Just as described. Loved to relax by the pool, so many birds come to visit. Only suggestions, bring some salt, pepper, shampoo, pool toys and bottled water. The water in Florida tastes TERRIBLE, but that is the whole state. The bed next to the pool was a little hard, mind you, we sleep on a waterbed, but we slept well on it, even though it was firm. Other beds upstairs felt softer, but we didn't want to have to use the stairs. House was very clean, owners friendly, would definitely recommend renting here. Living room furniture, so comfortable to watch TV. Towels thick and snow white. One more suggestion. The washer is VERY deep, if you use the two pickle ball ? rackets in the garage as tongs, you can get your clothes out of the bottom, OR we discovered a step stool in the garage on our last day. We were laughing as we had to work together to retrieve the laundry. This place is great!!!

The house included all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay- especially the patio, heated pool, hot tub area. The air hockey , fussball and pool tables were an added bonus for families of soo ages. Also the proximity to Disney parks was convenient.

The pool and hot tub have not been maintained at all. There was no chlorine or bromine in either. The owners response was it's ok. A girl recently died in Florida because the pool she was in was growing dangerous bacteria because it was not treated to a high enough standard. The pool and hot tub here show none. The property manager agreed to a refund. We left and now a month later they are disputing the refund.

My family had a wonderful stay in Kissimmee at David & Sue’s property. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the all that the neighborhood offered. When our plane was cancelled the hosts allowed us to stay another day and I’m thankful for their help. Will definitely be back if they will have us.

I felt the view of this property was gorgeous, more so when I arrived. It would be nice if cable was included and I didn’t have to log into my carrier each time I wanted to watch tv but other than that, the stay was great!

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet and the maintenance men we extremely nice and very quick with responding. However the place was dirty. There was a brown film in the hot tub like it wasn’t clean, the sheets in the master bedroom were not clean, there was hair in the bathrooms, the downstairs bathroom had rips in the shower curtain, dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Wires hanging from where the old smoke detectors use to be. When I reached out to the owner he just ignored my messages. We ended up cleaning the hot tub ourselves as well as the bedding. If they are charging a cleaning service there should be some type of cleaning done. Besides that we did enjoy our time there.

The house is great! But it feels abandoned. Luckily there is a Walmart 5 minutes from the house because you need to buy a lot. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (no extras) no soap, not cleaning supplies. The high chair was dirty and the head of the pool sticks were broken. This house has so much potential but it needs some TLC. The net by the pool was ripped and I was always afraid some bug may come in. It has a beautiful view of the lake. And the pool is small but perfect. My sister and father couldn't sleep because they said the mattress were very uncomfortable. Mine was fine. The house has so much potential it just needs a little love. Get ready to buy a lot of supplies at Walmart. Overall we had a great time. I just think they could leave more supplies (like soap, dish washer, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc) and it needs more love. The location is great. 25 minutes to the parks. It's a house that you can love, it just needs a little TLC.. and new mattresses.

Everything was exactly as stated on the site. It was very clean, the property manager and owner responded very quickly to all questions/concerns. I would rent this property again and recommend it to others.

The property manager came within a few minutes and adjusted the pool heater timer to come on earlier. The kids were so delighted! We had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future.

This home was exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to spend our days relaxing in the heated pool. The bed in the downstairs master is extremely firm, but since it was just two of us we were able to find a bed to suit us. Everything was clean and updated. We will definitely be back.

We all enjoyed our stay it had a good location and all the amenities you'd need. We look forward to renting with him once again.

We were looking for a property with private pool, hottub and game room and this place delivered. We were able to escape the cold and snow for warmth and sunshine. The pool was great, neighborhood quiet and property manager responsive. Recommend!!

The house was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. The attention from the owners was more than we can ask for. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

We had a wonderful time ! It was well maintained, clean. Awesome master bedroom. The pool and hot tub were perfect and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. We were 6 so would have been great for the hot tub to be larger :) (Only sits 4). Lots of towels! Would have appreciated some start up dish soap, hand soap and more dish clothes and tea towels but the Walmart was close by. Dave and Sue were quick to respond when we had questions - communication was great. Would definitely book again! Thanks Dave and Sue!

We had a great time! The owner was always friendly and responded very promptly. The sofabed was, like most sofabeds, a bit uncomfortable for an adult but would probably be fine for a child. We were there during a holiday week, so I was concerned about how many places near us would be partying loudly but it was lovely and quiet the entire time. Nice fishing spot out back too! My boys had a ball. Thank you!

My family had a wonderful vacation at the brightwater villa. We especially enjoyed the quiet location and the private pool. The owners were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to our next visit.

Villa has a great view out over the smaller lake, plus fantastic sunset. Inside is large and comfortable, but well overdue general refurbishment, updating and deep cleaning throughout. Owner highly attentive and excellent communicator. Good location for all things Disney. Community safe and , well kept.

Almost everything was super. I would give a 10 overall except hot tub worked 1 night out of 4. A couple of my family complained of springs in bed sticking up and poking them. But mostly we loved it . It was very relaxing, roomy, beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, nice walkway.

A lovely spacious villa in a great location, with an awesome lake outlook and large pool with bonus hot tub. The villa was clean, well maintained and the service we received whilst there was great. The location was very central and in close proximity to all tbeme parks and an abundance of very good restaurants eg longhorn steakhouse, outback, logans roadhouse.

Very much enjoyed the pool and Game Room! My family is very into the World Cup and they have a nice TV to watch the games. Actually there was a TV in every bed room. The owners were very easy to deal with and offered a late check out at no additional cost. That is so helpful when your flight leaves later and it basically gave us another day to float in the pool. Clean-up was very easy! Just pull off bed linens and towels for their cleaning crew. Other places you have to do Way More! This was easy and quick. We were only a family of 4, but the house is larger than it appears. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms (another one with a private bathroom) and a lounging area -- great for teens or kids to play. This roomy house was plenty big for two families. The two master bedrooms were very appreciated. The extra TV area was great for the kids and the pool was lots of fun. The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the drive to Disney and Universal were both under 30 minutes even in traffic.

Had a wonderful time . The house was spacious and CLEAN. Sue and David helped us with any questions or concerns. All 10 guys were happy with their stay and complimented me on the nice house I picked for our golf trip. Hope to see this house again next year. Thanks for everything.

Comfortable homely villa on a secure,well maintained estate.Plenty of room for six adults and five children.Pool and outlook over lake fantastic (lake well stocked with large fish if that's your thing!). Disney parks 20mins away. Universal 30mins.Walmart 5 mins drive away. Owner,Dave and management staff very helpful.

We spent 2 weeks in the villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa has everything you need, including a very relaxing jacuzzi, a games room and even a nice area next to the upstairs bedrooms with a TV and sofa which was an ideal chill-out area for our older son. The resort is very quite, secure and well maintained with some facilities such as tennis courts and a club house. The villa also has a selection of fishing rods and equipment which were brilliant - you can fish in the lake overlooked by the villa or in the larger lake on the resort. My son claims to have caught a 2ft bass, although it apparently escaped before he could take a picture of it !. The resort has easy access to the US192, with a large Walmart only a few minutes drive. Disney, Universal and Old Town are within easy reach. Sue and Dave were brilliant thorough the booking process, with great communications and information. They even arranged for a bottle of wine and card for my daughter who had her 18th birthday. We would have no hesitation recommending this villa. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! In fact, we wish we had stayed longer! The location is great in relation to Disney and we were able to enjoy other area attractions as well. The home has everything you need down to the fine details for the kids! We had forgotten an umbrella for our beach trip and we didn't have to buy one! They thought of everything! We stayed at the house for 13 days and had a great time. There were 8 of us and everyone had their own space. The four bathrooms were a huge bonus. The location is close to the Disney Parks and Walmart is very close. Love the gated community. Everyone is extremely friendly including the management company. The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the large pool deck as we spent a lot of time outside. We appreciated the late check out. We would definitely stay at this property again!
