Clean room; tasty breakfast; refrigerator and microwave in room; pretty view of open green field from our window

Bathroom light did not work. I mentioned it to the housekeeping staff, but it was not taken care of.

Location for the breakfast was fine. However food was not good. Service was bad, there was one person in service.

Inaccurate description of room. On booking it stated the room was a 2 bedroom suite and when we got there it was a single room and nothing could be done about it. Spoke to both holiday inn staff member and booking.com customer service agent which didn’t resolve anything. 4 adults and 2 children had to cram into 1 room which made the stay very uncomfortable.
