El apartamento está en el último piso de los populares apartamentos de Puerto Estepona. Tiene excelentes vistas directamente al mar y un gran jardín privado en la azotea, que está equipado para relajarse bajo el sol. Hay una gran piscina comunitaria con una piscina para niños separada, jardines comunitarios y aparcamiento seguro para un coche pequeño (algo que es casi imposible de encontrar durante la temporada alta). El ático consta de un salón / comedor con aire acondicionado, TV británica completa, incluyendo Sky y varios canales internacionales, películas y series, radio / reproductor de CD y DVD, además de una conexión Wifi de alta velocidad. Cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, lavadora, lavavajillas y frigorífico / congelador. Una de las observaciones más comunes que recibimos de los huéspedes es "lo bien equipado que está el apartamento". El balcón tiene mesa con cuatro sillas y cómodas tumbonas. La habitación doble tiene un baño enfrente, mientras que la habitación doble tiene baño. El jardín de la azotea es exclusivo del apartamento. Está equipado con tumbonas, variedad de plantas, comedor y barbacoa a gas. Se accede a través de escaleras externas desde el apartamento. Todo el apartamento está completamente climatizado con un sistema eficiente y moderno. En general, ¡una gran casa de vacaciones!

It’s been 8 years since our first trip to Estepona. We booked the apartment knowing the area, the facilities included and reviews from previous guests.
Communication was great, we were advised of maintenance work over running meaning the outside pool would be sadly unavailable, whilst disappointed we were appreciative of the advanced notice. Worth staying watching the work over the week the pool will be such a fantastic space to enjoy for those who book in the future.
Check in was prompt and information shared on the apartment, parking and area. We were able to drop our luggage slightly earlier whilst the apartment was being serviced. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job and were very thorough. This is one of the cleanest apartments we have stayed at.
Loved the apartment, well equipped, spacious and welcoming. Super quiet and felt really safe and secure.
Will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending this apartment to others.

This penthouse property is in a great location with fantastic views. Just across the road is a large Carrefour store with everything you need. A five minute walk and you are in the Port with a great variety of restaurants, and the old town of Estepona is about a 30 minute walk (worth the walk) The property itself has everything you need, with the added bonus of an additional balcony just off the lounge. The penthouse balcony was huge with a great balcony for entertaining. Would definitely recommend.

Caro para lo que ofrecen.
Lo que es la limpieza de suelos y baños está aceptable. Pero lo que es el sofá no había quien se sentara,muy muy sucio. Las cortinas del salón muy sucias con muchas manchas. El tema del aire acondicionado,enfría bastante bien la verdad. Lo único malo que la máquina la tienen en la terraza del salón,en vez de subirla arriba y que pasa cuando pones los dos aires,que no hay quien para en la habitación de matrimonio,parece que tienes un helicóptero justo encima. Los colchones los deberían cambiar y almohadas. Los colchones son de muelles y se te clavan todos,te levantas como si te hubieran pegado una paliza. Para lo que vale el apartamento deja mucho que desear.

Relaxing stay
We had a lovely week here. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had a problem with the air conditioning but someone came within about 5 minutes of us calling 'Time In Spain' and fixed it straight away. We were very impressed! The location was great. There were lots of restaurants 5 minutes walk away, and it was a nice 20 minute stroll in to Estepona town where there are lots of restaurants and ice cream parlours. The pool was very clean and we always had plenty of room to put our sun loungers. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday

Apartment clean and well equipped
Very pleased with the apartment but very disappointed that we where unable to use the rooftop ( which sold the apartment to us) as it was covered in seagull droppings . I feel that the rooftop should have been cleaned before we arrived or at least cleaned after we expressed our disapproval. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned we had to clean the sun loungers before we could lay on them but Martin did pay for a midweek clean as an apology. Not being able to use the rooftop ruined it for us as it was very hot on the balcony. Loved Estepona but I’m sure I could have got a cheaper apartment without a rooftop. So all in all we feel misled into paying for something that wasn’t usable.

Great apartment but mind the seagulls!
Apartment was great. However, we could not use the sun terrace as the seagulls were nesting nearby and were constantly attacked and crapped on. Dissapointing that this was not clear in the advert. Furthermore, the pool side was being re-grouted for 5 of the 7 days we were there. Great! Another point that wasn't in the description. I paid a premium for a pool and a huge sun terrace and didn't enjoy either. Beware!

JULY 2011 AMAZING
This apartment is in an amazing location right near to the port which has lots of fantastic bars and restaurants.
Upon our arrival we met Martin who was very helpful and showed us around the apartment and informed us of the places to eat and drink etc.
The apartment was very clean and relatively modern. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our weeks stay.
The view from the balcony is exceptional and it is very relaxing watching the boats come and go from the port. This was equal to the roof terrace which was great for sun bathing and chilling out in total privacy, the cold shower was welcomed as the weather was lovely. The roof terrace also has a BBQ which was a geat plus point and has a dining area as well.
I would recommend this apartment as it very close to the port but is also within ten minute walk to the old town. Both areas have plenty of bars and restaurants which are of a high quality.
We certainly plan to return and would highly recommend using Martin and his company 'Time in spain' as he also sorted our airport transfers which just like the rest of our stay were excellent.

Great Apartment
Stayed here in March 2011. The Apartment was spot on - clean, reasonably well equipped, in a good location and the roof garden was an absolute bonus to make the most of the warm & sunny weather that we got whilst there.
Estapona was a bit quiet at this time of year, but Reinaldo's just round the corner in the port was always lively with a mix of locals and expats - and had a happy hour between 6 & 8pm!. The beaches are easy to get to (5 min walk) and there seemed to be a wide choice of restaurants in the port - although they weren't very busy during our stay, so we headed to the old town centre instead (a pleasant 15/20 minute walk along the seafront).
Martin and Alex were really helpful and made booking and getting to the apartment really easy, overall an enjoyable break in the spanish sun.

Fantastic Apartment!
We stayed in this apartment from 6th to 14th March 2010. I can honestly say that it was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The views from the balcony and roof terrace have to be seen to be believed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. The weather was not great when we were there, so to have Sky TV and a DVD player with a selection of dvd 's was a great bonus. We managed to use the fantastic roof terrace for a couple of hours on the only 2 good days we had and can say it was a fantastic place to get away from it all and to feel that you were the only people in the world. Estepona port is on you doorstep and has a great range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There are also 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The Playa del Christo is a beautiful beach, again on your doorstep and is a very safe beach for families with children. We have been coming to Estepona for many years now and were very lucky to have discovered this apartment and also to deal with Martin and David who are extremely helpful and efficient. To sum up this is a fantastic apartment in a great location and the owners description and photo's are spot on. I would even say it is better in reality.

Top place to stay! Top facilities!
We stayed here in Summer 2009 and had such a wonderful time. The marina of Estepona has everything you could need - bars, restaurants, two supermarkets and ice cream parlours (yum!). The apartment is well kept, clean and offers everything you want. The real bonus with this one is the roof terrace. We used it every day and often used the BBQ to cook. It is a lovely facility and makes this apartment really special. I think we only sat on the balcony for breakfasts!
We go to Estepona every year as it is a lovely town and still very Spanish. We have stayed in other apartments, but have never had such a good one as this! We have already booked for 2010 and can't wait to get back there.
Thanks to the owners for making it such a special holiday location - a real home from home.

We have just got back from staying in this lovely apartment, it is everything that the advert says plus more..very clean, comfortable & spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room, sky tv and comfy sofas, the kitchen is on the small side but it big enough to do what you need to do, the apartment is in a great location, We spent 9 lazy days using the wonderful balcony and roof garden. The views are great to wake up to, there is little noise to be heard at bedtime, the complex is clean and secure. The port area has everything you need, paper shop, supermarkets, tabacs, resturants & bars that suit all pockets... Thank you martin & david, we will be return customers and will recommend your properties to our friends and family.

Estepona Hol 14th May-28th May 2009
The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and really well equipped. The roof terrace is brilliant the apartment was very clean and Martin was very helpful. A car is not necessary but we found it better for getting to and from the airport and of course for visiting Gibraltar and places like Marbella etc. Favourite beach bar for all three in our party was Rossi well worth the walk, pasta gorgeous and very friendly service. Favourie restaurant is just 5mins walk away turn left outside apartment building Le Petit Paris, wonderful food, menu of the day good value at 17.50 euros for 3 courses & glass of wine.Bangkok very good food and also restaurant Pekin Duck.Although the Orient Express do abuffet meal for 12.50 euros was not really impressed with the food or service maybe it was just an off night when we went. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this apartment and will certainly be back and will recommend it to friends.

The apartment is well situated. No need for a car. Everything in walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants and beach, although the centre of Estepona is about 15 - 20 minutes away but a lovely boulevard to get there. The apartment has everything you need and the terrace is a great place to sit around with enough sun/shade to please everyone and a great view. The only disappoinment was the size of the "large" double bed in the masterbedroom. No size was mentioned but 1.35 is not what I consider "large" and we ended up sleeping in different bedrooms. Other than that it was a good place to be.

The description of the apartment given is spot on as are details of it's location. It is a lovely, clean, well maintained apartment with everything you require - a real home from home. Step out of your car, take a lift up to your front door and enjoy. The view from the balcony and the roof top terrace is superb! We have spent a thoroughly relaxing week on the roof top and have enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you. Hope to stay again next year.
