Breakfast was on point exceptionally tasteful everything was fresh it was excellent for the four days I stayed the staff was friendly the location was prime right in the middle smack of everything

Clean, safe location, near many restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Friendly staff and a quiet nights rest in a comfortable bed. Highly recommended to weary travellers!

Breakfast was good, lots of choices, the staff was super(should have a tip jar available for them)

The shower curtain in the bathroom is seriously lacking in length, the floor got very wet with each shower.

We drove up to Albany from the lower Hudson Valley to visit family and friends and needed a place to stay for one night. This property was conveniently located in that it was easy to reach all the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly. The suite was quite spacious and very clean. Although we did not need it, it had a full kitchen which would well serve anyone there on an extended stay who wanted to do their own cooking.

The location left a little bit to be disired in that it was not right off a main street but rather set back in a an area where you had to twist and turn to reach it. In this day and age of mobile apps that can lead you anywhere that is probably not such a terrible issue but still, in the dead of night, you could easily turn the wrong way. A little better signage on the roadway leading to the property might be helpful.

The automatic door closers are much too powerful,it’s difficult to carry luggage etc. into the room.

The staff were very friendly! Great continental breakfast as well as a ton of food options near by. Everything was kept clean.

The “queen” beds are a full at best and some of the furniture in the rooms could use some updating.
