Location was fantastic. On the beach, soaked in the hot tub watching the surf.

Our stay was exceptional! Suzanne from reception was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and one of the best we've ever had. Will absolutely be back!

the location is stunning - right on the beach, you can watch sunrise & sunset from your bed. very friendly

Breakfast was wonderful. They bought a mystery basket with a thermos of fresh coffee. And a variety of sweets. All healthy choices for two.
There was a window in our room that bothered us. It bought light into our room at night. It was covered with a curtain but I think they could make it better.

Right on the beach ! Location is spectacular! very comfortable room- we liked the bed and the great water pressure

The location of the cottages / rooms are amazing - right on the beach. The breakfast basket to your room was great and varied each day. My children loved the bikes and the hot tubs! and the rooms were a good size and very clean and well kept
The weather wasn't great for us and there isn't much to do on the island if you can't hang out on the beach

The location was amazing. directly on the beach..accommodations beautiful and very comfortable. a carafe of fresh brewed coffee and basket of delicious breakfast goodies delivered to your door every morning . our stay was perfect!

Beautiful inn. Breakfast was yummy. Cottage was big enough to live in. Amenities were wonderful. Especially enjoyed the fire pit. So close to the beach.

Excellent location on the beach to enjoy the sun rise from your room. Walking distance to town. Modern Decor. The breakfast bag far exceeded our expectations. Locally prepared gourmet offerings. Friendly and attentive staff. Privacy curtains were available on the porch to create space from the neighboring guests. Bikes!
A small table and chairs in the room would have been appreciated.

Good
I brought 3 expensive wine gift bags for our friends coming in for our daughter's and son's wedding. I wanted them in the rooms the afternoon they arrived so they could enjoy the snacks and wine with each other, but they didn't receive them until the next day. .the purpose of me driving an hour & half was so they could enjoy together...very disappointed especially I called early afternoon to make sure they were in the rooms...

Perfect location, right on the beach; we could hear the waves! We were greeted by, Tyler, who was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's just a 5 minute drive to Newburyport for dining and shopping.
Everything met our expectations! Breakfast was not fabulous, but the coffee was good, and we appreciated having it delivered to our door.
