The location was nice. It was close to food and everything we needed.

I experienced and witnessed rudeness from several staff members. Housekeeper knocked and came into my room without announcing herself until she was inside of the room, and didn’t even apologize. Morning front desk attendant was also rude.

Donna, at the registration desk, was very friendly and always smiling.

Everything looked great! Pool was a perfect temp! Employees were very friendly and helpful. I booked the room for a family one night getaway. Kids swam for a couple hours and had a lot of fun.

Very uncomfortable bed. I paid for two rooms. 4 out of the 5 of us had a horrible sleep, 3 had physical pains from how uncomfortable the beds were and we were so tired the next day. I’d say the quality of the mattress was as good as a blow up bed. I don’t think I would pay to sleep in a bed that uncomfortable more than one night.

Breakfast was wonderful and a quality variety. The room was a great size for my 7 family members - 2 adults and 5 kids. The staff was kind and helpful and the eating area was appealing and clean. Wish we could've stayed another night!

The temperature settings in the room were confusing and hard to figure out. It would've been great to have a cheaper price, but it was worth the value. A hot tub would've been nice, but is not necessary.

The newness of the hotel

The heating/cooling system could not be completely switched off. The fan had only had 2 setting, Hi and Lo hence always making a noise. Room was small and not practical.

Breakfast was great each morning. There was a great selection of foods. One of the guests asked if they had turkey sausage and the pantry worker went out of their way to make turkey sausage for this guest to accommodate their needs. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was a nice size and clean.

The bed was on the firmer side. My biggest issue was the pillows. The pillows were so soft they squished down to nothing as soon as you laid on them. It made it very difficult to used them and get a good nights sleep.
