nothing smells weed on the stairs the door stays open 24-7

I didn’t feel safe we all the people stayed outside the hotel

Stuff was bother that we check in late, didn’t even greet us, first thing the gentleman said to us was I’d and next word was our room number, had a horrible experience

Very clean everywhere at the hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Plus, everything is close, including our favorite breakfast place, Bob evans!

I hate we had to leave there!

The food in the room was dirty and sticky. The shower was luke warm. The TV remote didn’t work.

Front desk lady Kira or Kiki I can't remember but she was accommodating and I am thankful

Hole in the bathroom door and other damage to the walls. Remote controlled was broken

It wasn't a breakfast. It was a pre packaged muffin, granola bar, or oatmeal.

Our entire floor smelled like freshly smoked weed. So did the elevators. We cancelled and left after the 1st night.

No coffee in room. No ice machine. Laminated floors. Old.

Everything. This was by far the very worst experience we've had booking on booking. Bough this room as a gift to our daughter - confirmed in the booking correspdonances but would not let her check in. Insisted I call booking and have them contact the front desk. Then they wouldn't pick up the phone call. Totally stressful: our daughter trapped in Tampa without a room to check into. Our evening ruined being on the phone for 2 hours to resolve. I wrote to the manager a week later and NO REPLY. DO NOT STAY HERE - they are negligent, non-caring and go out of their way to ruin and destroy your plans. Shameful. Princess, you should be fired.

The staff was so friendly at this location. I went to the other building first and was not happy with that customer service. But the staff at this one has been amazing

I did not have any complaints, besides the wifi being slow and tough to work and not really looking to spend extra money

It should not say breakfast included because all they offered was coffee, instant oatmeal packages and bars. Sorry that's not breakfast.
