The grounds were well maintained and manicured. Trees and large bushes offered much needed shade for the area. Restroom/shower house was clean

I awoke at 2am, feeling crawly things on me. Upon inspection, I found the bed in my camping cabin (#3 ) infested with bed bugs. I had to leave the cabin at 2:15am. I called the facility twice to speak with the manager (Pamela) and left my contact info. She has not contacted me. I also let the staff know of the situation. I also left a note in the cabin, warning housekeeping about the situation. When I called later in the day, I was told Cabin #3 was available for use. This is quite terrible. I had to go to my doctor's office and to the ER for treatment of the numerous bites I received.

Absolutely loved this place. We had one of the apartments overlooking the pool. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. We were able to sit outside in the evening and morning. The staff are very friendly.

We had cockroaches and bed bugs in our beds. The room was unfortunately not clean and air con noisy. I had to sleep in my car as the double bed was infested with bed bugs.

We stayed one night at a bungalow on our trip to Grand Canyon. The bungalow was super spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, I will stay here again!

This was just the cutest little cabin I've seen in all my travels. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Even the AC was turned on before our arrival for us so we came to a nice and cool cabin after a long day of driving. Area was quiet and had a safe feeling in it.

Wifi wasn't working at all. During our check-in the staff told us that there is a good wifi and gave us our passwords and so on, and we didn't check the wifi before the front desk closed. During the evening we noticed the wifi didn't work and on the morning I brought the subject up with the staff and they made it seem like it hasn't worked in the cabin we were staying for a quite some time and they were aware of it. For international traveller free wifi might be a cause for change locations, so it would have been nice to bring the issue up before we arrived.
