It was clean and easy to get to.

It was quiet on our side of the building.
Morning staff was friendly.
Upon arrival doors were locked and no staff available, had to call hotel, lady finally showed up and didn't know doors were locked, she smelled like she had been in the back drinking! Breakfast was was extremely limited, cereal and juice! Sink would not drain, electrical outlet not connected to the wall.

The location was good, but very noisy.
Breakfast offered was coffee, juice and cold cereal.
Didn't go for breakfact, did not sleep well at all. Loud noices kept me up for a number of hours. Television was not working properly. First remote we eceived did not operate tv. Second remove didn't work properly, stop in the middle of movie, buffering throughout the movie. Brought extra guest with me, her rate was less than mine for the same room.

The room looked already slept in and the breakfast offered was only sour orange and cereal with warm milk. Not good.

The light sources it was hard to black out our room. The breakfast was not great.

The room had bugs, I had to switch rooms twice and I was overcharged

There were at least 2 dried pet puddles that has been walked in, which left tracks over the floor. Pee stains on the couch. When we mopped a trail for us to walk on the towel was black with dirt. I have never left a bad rating before. But felt led to do so this time.

That i got a room that night.
The room wasn't that clean the bathtub had not been cleaned in one spot. Furniture was damaged n cracked.

I can’t really think of anything negative about this property…. I had one special request upon making my reservation and they accommodated me on a bottom floor room.

The check-in was easy and the location was good. There was easy access to restaurants and a grocery store.
The room was was not worth the money, I paid. The couch was filthy and there was dust and dead bugs behind and underneath the couch. The bed sheet was dirty and there were flies constantly flying around the room. The ceiling in the bathroom had a nasty looking brown water stain above the shower head. Everything in the room looked very old and in need of a serious upgrade including the bed...I was afraid to sleep on the sheets. So I went to the store and bought sheets, lysol, Clorox wet wipes to mop the floors...the room actually looked like something from the 60's and that includes the furniture...

The beds were at least comfortable but could have better shower things and soap.
I booked a king suite with a sofa bed and went to the room and there was no sofa bed just a plain couch. Very frustrating after a long drive. We went to ask for a roll away because we had to have another bed
The mice attendant said sometimes they switch all those around and not sure why. So she changed us to a double queen but I still had to pay the same price which I do not think was right. There was no coffee this morning as well in the breakfast area.

Being blocked in my room, constant talking and walking all night. Dirty linen in the second room I was moved to. Unsafe environment causing me to get no sleep and finally leaving at 4:30 am and not returning. I was still charged for 2 nights.
