The property itself is nice, close to the beach
The trash was left in the room from the previous guests. Even after I called the front desk no one took care of it. They didn't even apologize. There are cockroachs in the room. Half of the lights, sockets, stove and microwave programs do not work

location
bath cabinets falling apart, patio door difficult to close, air conditioner weak and dated, unit dated.

room is big and near the beach
room is very old, no direction to where the condo is, the pull out bed is very old, should upgrade to a newer one. the air condition should have two one in the bed room and in the living room, otherwise the bed room gets very hot.

We enjoyed the location and it was in a quiet corner of the complex. Easy access and good parking. Great pool and wonderful access to the beach. Would stay again
The kitchen needs more essentials such as oven trays and oven cook ware for cooking, oven mitts, etc.
The towels and sheet supply may be good for a two week stay but not for a month.
Lots of ants.
The bed definitely was not good.

Very outdated. No blender. 1 roll of toilet paper. 1 garbage bag. Lots of cassette tapes which tells me this is very outdated. Very little outlets and couldn’t use bathroom outlet cause it blows a fuse. Kitchen lights didn’t work. Air conditioner looks like it’s on its last leg and barely keeps it cool inside

It was really central and close to the beach. The pool was amazing in the afternoon when the wind picked up. Had everything we needed!
There really is not anything maybe just that it makes a huge difference who your neighbors are since you can hear everything and its not as sound proof. The sleeper couch was also not as comfortable but it did its job.

Great location that was close to the beach park. Easy parking and registration. Liked the sand wash-off they had. Room was large and backyard patio was a nice plus.
We saw couple dead cockroaches/bugs on the floor. The floor always seemed sticky. The power outlets in most rooms can't hold an adapter's small weight, these need to be repaired. There was no ac outlet access next to bed. The bedroom has many windows and lot of light comes through in the morning - tough for late sleepers. The body wash in shower was empty. Could use a remodeling

Located within a quick walk from beaches, shops and restaurants! Quiet room with a lovely back patio area. We thought we needed to buy chairs and a cooler for our drinks but were surprised to find the room had those stocked!
Only issue for us was the bedroom stayed too warm.

This was an awesome place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Across the street from the ocean. The grounds a well maintained. Staff is alway friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay, appreciated having a full kitchen at our disposal and finding some beach towels at the property. We requested some help and the property manager was super responsive and helpful.
Recycling could be improved. I made the effort to separate waste but in the end almost everything ended up in the trash bin as the green waste bin was locked and the recycling options for plastic were limited (only water bottles and cans). I'm aware that recycling options are limited in Hawaii overall.

The location was nice and close to the beach. The patio outside with outdoor access was very nice to have. There were plenty of plates, glasses and kitchen ware. However, the knives were all dull as many as there were. The unit was quiet. Lots of windows and air flow.
We encountered three large cockroaches. Our daughter screamed and screeched the night we found two large ones, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. She had a hard time sleeping that night. We encountered a lot of dust in the couch bed. Lots of sneezing and allergies. The unit was very dated, stuck in the 90s with no upgrades whatsoever. The bed and couch need upgrading. The radio was useless without power or batteries. The clock in the room was from the 80s. The microwave was also from the 80s/90s. The fridge had a door shelf that kept coming off and dropped our bottles.
We stopped using the shelf. The blinds didn't keep the light out of the room as there was some floodlights at the end of the building. The living room was too lit up for sleep. Bring your eyeshades. The A/C unit was old and hardly functional. I can see it may be an issue if it gets warmer than 80. Owners should invest a little to upgrade the unit some. The beach chairs need to go. Too old, dirty and hardly functional.

Excellent location. Kitchen well-supplied.
Unit needs updating (paint and cleanliness).
Refrigerator difficult to access. Cable access minimal. Should be able to access our own accounts on premium channels.
With a little help it could be first rate.

Loved the backyard/Patio with the birds & geckos. The unit was well stocked. The bed was very comfy. The location was awesome.
Just the TV was a bit tricky to manage. Maybe a smart TV with Netflix.
