The condo was dirty. Floors filty. Couch smelled horrible. Blinds don't work.tv to get a program was awful

The location was right on the lake, there was a nice swim area right there. We spent 2 days at Chelan Waterpark, which was 1 2-minute drive from the condo. The only drawback was a location right on the main road. We heard some mild traffic outside the bedroom and living room windows. The 2 bdr condo was spacious and well decorated. We had everything needed for cooking and relaxing, even board games and books. The downtown Chelan with nice restaurants and pubs was a 5-minutes drive away. We were able to find a good place to eat for the whole family without a need for reservations.

We would have preferred to stay in a condo facing the lake instead of the main road with traffic.

Room was nice, kitchen had everything u need from pans, cutlery, cups and plates. Location is Ok.

Extremely bad wifi network, TVs are not working, sometimes they detect internet and sometimes no. The main TV didn't work at all. There is no lake view, you are behind Lakeside lodge and suites, you have the view of Lakeside suites. The room looked clean. However, when we tried opening the sofa bed, it was not clean at all, full of food crumbs. It was disgusting. Definitely over-priced. The pool was horrible, they put tons of chemicals, kids had red rash from this pool, which never happened to them at any other pool, my eyes were burning from the pool smell even though I have not jumped in it.

The internet. Is poor. And the mattress is so soft.

Unit was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the small indoor pool and hot tub, and the location was nice as we could walk to a lakeside park. We also appreciated the full kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, as well as the washer/dryer in unit.

The codes for getting into the parking garage, pool, elevator, stairs and the unit itself malfunctioned multiple times. We had to get them reset halfway through the visit when we could not get in. Too many places needed codes and they were long, and with the sensitive equipment it was hard to get it right. Major pain in the butt.

floor was dirty and our feet kept getting black walking on it. the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. internet was spotty. I also had to call about the dryer needing repair, but no one ever showed up to fix it.

We’re given the wrong code to enter the room to start. Recliner was broken. Floors were very dirty. Lights in one of the bathroom didn’t work. There was no propane in the barbecue.

Great to have a space where we can cook and relax. Amenities were great

It was unclean, only 1 toilet worked, beds were small not as advertised, fireplace didn’t work. Linen and bedding were disgusting and smelt of smoke

I liked that we were finally able to reach someone (an hour after check-in time) who gave us another code so we could get into the unit and make our dinner reservation.

I did not like that none of the codes worked upon arrival and there’s nobody onsite to help. The people in the unit nextdoor had the same issue. There’s a phone number posted on-site that led to more dead ends. I called the number that was on the text I received with the codes and she was able to provide an override code, which may or may not have been the same as others had to use. The back door to the outdoor patio didn’t work properly so the unit wasn’t secure and all back patios are interconnected. The back area was covered in dried plant debris, webs and dead foliage in planters so it was very clear hadn’t been cleaned up in weeks. The lights in the main bathroom didn’t work and there are loose floor tiles in the master bathroom.

Furniture was very uncomfortable, bed as well. Left with a sore back due to no support in either. The biggest issue was check in. Could not get in early and when we arrived the instructions sent were not clear. It wasn't just me. There were 4 other guests having the same issue. We were all outside calling our contact in 98 degrees. No happy campers at this time.

Key codes for all doors was nice. Easy check-in and check-out. Proximity to the park was nice, fairly well equipped kitchen.

The oven had a filthy bacon grease covered pan left in it and grease drippings on the inside that started smoking up the place when we turned on the oven. The beds could use mattress toppers or replacement. Could feel every spring in them. The ice maker did not appear to be working. Significant road noise and the master bedroom got very hot, was unable to open the window at night.

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Building was very secure as well. Beds were nice and comfy, as well.

We loved the location & the layout of the condo.

The elevator only worked 50% of the time. Didn’t work the last day making checkout & moving luggage to the car a pain in the ass. The “fees” associated with this booking is the only reason we won’t book again. $600!

Check in was easy, code was provided. Directions to condo were correct and easy.

It was 93 degrees and the AC did not work. It got over 80 degrees inside the condo at night and was impossible to sleep. Windows don't open, one 6" fan only. Attempted to call local # provided, it went to a voicemail that was full. Called the 888 number provided and was clearly someone outside of the country that had minimal help. Finally, a day later, a local man stated he changed the filters and that the AC should be fine. It was not. Did not work and the condo became hotter as the weather became hotter. I could not get anyone to help us after that. WE BARELY SLEPT AND WERE MISERABLE. I am pursuing getting a refund as our entire trip was ruined. Being sweaty all night with no air movement and the bedroom reaching 88 degrees is not ok.

The location to the town and wineries is great! The unit on the 4th floor is nice for viewing the lake. Reasonably modern and lovely to have garage parking, two bedrooms, two bathrooms which all have TVs. Nice size kitchen and living room. Nice windows facing the lake (although you have to look over the top of another building so 4th floor would be best). Nice to have a washer/dryer. Able to walk to a nice little park and beach area. The local guy Keith was very courteous, kind and helpful when texting for codes and questions.

Pricey, but most places in Chelan are. Not very clean and a lot of maintenance needed. We were too busy with wedding and family to mention to Keith, but here’s a list of things noticed: - Need to cool the room before next guest. Very hot and took hours to cool. - Several lights bulbs out, very dark bathrooms. Lamp in living room wouldn’t work even after replacing the bulb. - Light in dining room filled with bugs or something. - Sprinkler cover in bedroom hanging. - Shade over back door missing. - Shade in master bedroom broken. - Toilet was dirty with feces stuck inside bowl. - Moldy shower curtain and shower floor dirty in master bathroom. - Cobwebs and chunky stuff on walls that had to be picked off as it was gross to look at. - Dirty under beds and floors (bottoms of feet and slippers would get black) - Door off track and just sitting in closet with washer & dryer (no big deal just fact for maintenance person). - Sofa bed really bad to sleep on. Mattress dips very low at the head so must be propped with pillows. - Doors don’t shut easy (without slamming) and back door doesn’t shut tight or lock. You could push it open. - Flooring under couch had a chunk missing. - Siblings went to the pool and said it wasn’t that great. I can’t comment first hand though. We cleaned the place and made due with maintenance issues so we still enjoyed ourselves!

The location was great

We had quite a few things go wrong in our time there and did not have much help at all to resolve any of the issues. To start it off the codes they gave us to enter the building didn’t work, we asked for help and only heard back that they gave us correct codes. So from then on out the rest of our week we just had to manually open the gate. Then on July 5th we were trying to sleep in from a late night but we’re woken up by a maintenance working just walking in demanding that she needs to let a crew in to work on the sprinkler system. She never even knocked. I asked for 15 min to get dressed, wake up my kids and get out the door but she proceeded to just rudely walk in 3 more times during that 15 minutes. Then the next morning we were woken up to the fire worms going off for an hour and a half. Lastly there were many items in the condo that were broken. The towel rack, the dryer was missing important buttons, the garbage disposal was broken and the sink was all backed up which was very gross. Lastly there was a dirty diaper under one of the beds. For the price we paid it was very frustrating. When I voiced my concerns to the number given all I got in response was we are sorry about that, do u need anything else? Definitely seemed like an automated response.

Only on site parking for 1 car. No parking passes in condo as promised . Had to park 2nd vehicle 1 street away at public bus stop parking. Passcode to elavator access never worked.issues never resolved after many phone and texts
