This place is in need of updating and fixing.

Everything is dated.

Well it was very nice, location was great, the rooms where clean nice and comfortable.

Well , there where some things that I saw that could be repaired , and maybe I missed it on the website that they were a time share, and was surprised when we were asked to switch rooms. It was a little unsettling when we got comfortable in the first room and then have to pack everything up and move. As for the repairs the first room 501 the shower head in the master bathroom, the water sprayed out over the shower curtain toward the sink. We put a wash cloth over it to keep it from doing so. The second room, 403, the shower head sprayed up into the ceiling and looked like it may have been that way for some time and we did the same thing there also the vents were very rusty. I feel it took away from the rest of the rooms when everything else was very clean , just saying. The vent in the second bathroom was molded as well. If the bathrooms aren’t very well taken care of, how does that speak for the rest of the house? The table in living room was dirty black around the edge I cleaned them with a towel and it came of fairly easy. The final night we were there, the guests either above, below, or beside us were on their balcony pretty late into the night talking and laughing very loudly and we heard fireworks very close to our resort both nights.

The location was perfect! Great ocean view and easy to get around the area.

The rooms where nice and big. I love a nice firm mattress but other than that it was good.

The mattress was to soft and no one was on staff. Everything was done by phone and lock boxes that had the code already in when we arrived.

Nice and quiet atmosphere.

The area was great. Rooms was a nice size.

Parking is terrible, locks broken on patio doors, beds are bumpy and uncomfortable.
