The shower needs to be updated.

The location was great, especially if you plan on taking the Durango Silverton train excursion.

The upstairs shower didn't work. There was no water, so we all had to share one bathroom. My son left his I pad in the townhouse-he called and reported it and paid a $25.00 fee to Vacasa for someone from the company to look for it. He had a location tracer on the I pad and it was removed from the home and someone took it to a location outside of Durango. Since the cleaning lady came while we were there we have to assume she took it and it has not been returned and no one from the company has called my son to follow up with him. Because of this, I cannot recommend staying at this property.
