Great location and nice and comfy!

Disappointed we couldn't use the hot tub but understandable

The location was fantastic!

We booked a one room that was listed to accommodate 4 people, knowing there was a pull-out couch. There were no extra blankets and the extra pillows had no pillow cases. Also, the pull-out bed had hair all over it. the complex was almost impossible to find and MUCH better instructions need to be provided. Only 2 rolls of TP for a 5 day stay and no garbage cans or recycle bins in the kitchen. Due to Covid, our properties Hot tub and grill were closed, but all of the other surrounding properties had these amenities open. This was not communicated to us when we booked and extremely disappointed, seeing as this was one of the reasons we choose this spot. We texted back our needs and received no response from Vacasa. The pre-communications and documents needed to be signed were extremely confusing and stressful! I had to make several calls to finally have the info emailed. When we finally found the place, there was very little if any information on how to utilize the complex and amenities, but seeing as they were not available, it didn't really matter once we did figure out where they were and how we could have accessed. I would never use Bookings.com or Vacasa to plan a trip again. The price we paid for the location was not justified considering the stress and disappointments we encountered. It made our vacation much less pleasant than we anticipated.
