Super convenient location, clean, and the AC was on when I arrived

Very clean and tidy. Plenty of household items to use and feel comfortable within the kitchen area. Location is central and an easy launch point to destinations.

Air Conditioning needs to be rethought. Please put in a two head ductless system. Those window shakers were very noisy (tough to watch tv over) and temperature was inconsistent throughout the night making sleep difficult.

Location is great! Across the street from a great tasting room and walkable to a couple of restaurants/markets. The cottage is very cute, fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom.

It was extremely hot inside. With outdoor temps over 80 degrees the window units couldn’t keep up. It was very uncomfortable returning to the cottage at the end of the day although it cooled off overnight and in the mornings it was okay.

Location, cleanness, kitchen appliances, bathroom, bedroom. It is a nice place with great location, except the AC.

The main reason for not given better review is because the AC can't cool down the cottage. Outside the temperature was 90 degrees and inside (living room and kitchen) was 88!! at the hottest part of the day. It took 5 hours to come down to 81 when the outside temperature decreased. The AC is a small device that provides about 2 ft distance of cool air. The bedroom has a separate AC which is able to maintain a reasonable ambient.

Cottage was in a good location close to wine tasting at mini tasting rooms easy to stop back in and have a light lunch in between or a snack. Cute and cozy.

Two keys in the lock box when we ran out Friday night grabbed one of them and it didn't fit any lock on the property thank goodness the restaurant next door is affiliated and the nice little girl at the counter had time to run into the back and get a spare key that they don't normally have so that I could get in otherwise there would have been no access back into the cottage. Looks a little dusty inside there were cobwebs in the corner otherwise it was clean comfy couch nice TV and fireplace bed was nice the chair in the living room however needs to be replaced it's falling apart and all of the vinyl covering is shedding everywhere. Little disconcerned about the key situation they need to get that rectified ASAP

The housekeeping did not show up. Bed not clean, discarded towels, fork in sink, drain in bathroom sink clogged, no internet service.
