The smell of the house is like mildew, hot tub and dryer doesn't work.

Black mold throughout. Windows were horriby dirty. Foundation very bad. Floors sagging dangerously. Bedroom rugs very bad! Stinky!

Location was cute! House was cute and comfy.

No coffee, and hot tub didn't have enough water so water and water in it was cloudy.

No breakfast it was a house.

Seating for tv and games, night lights because if the steps up to the bedrooms and kitchen. Level floors. Not easy to manage when you are a senior. No heat in the bathroom, or any kind of ventilation. Heating unit is either too hot or too cold. We had to get a lesson on how to work the thermostats, which should be fixed so a person could easily control the temps tire. The hot tub was nice until you tried to turn the jets on, then the water squirted all over. we we didn’t use the dining table because it was too big for 3 people playing games. The rent was way too high for the product.

Nice quiet getaway. Hot tub was relaxing. Close to beach, shopping and golf.

I liked the privacy of the lot. Walking around Gearhart was fun.

We checked out at 9:30 AM this morning Sunday 1/24. The home was good as a place to rest and have privacy. The home was very cold and does not retain heat. The pamphlet suggested keeping the temp at 55 degrees in January. This is not realistic as the heat does not stay in the home. We went through 7 bundles of wood. The bathroom is frigid with no heat source. Last disappointment was the hot tub had 2 seated spots out of 5 that did not have working jets. I would not recommend this rental to my friends unless the heat and jets were addressed. Finally add a light source over the dinner table as playing cards there was a challenge. 7 out of 10 is generous.

Quaint and quiet

Only 1 bathroom and the toilet is tiny. Almost couldn’t fit on it. Get a tall one w a long bowl.

Great location, we appreciated the amenities (fire place, hot tub, washer/dryer,) and good privacy/secure neighborhood. Great access to beaches, Seaside attractions, etc.

1. Lighting in kitchen and dining areas was poor and in the right hand bedroom, lighting was flickering. 2. Kitchen-ware was lacking. Cutting boards as well as a few extra pots/pans would have been helpful. 3. Bathroom: no heat plus poir ventilation meant we were drying our towels in the living room and or with the dryer.
