Everything was wonderful

Amazing location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location to watch the sunset. Barman at pool bar was so friendly and accommodating who made the best mojitos

No hot option at breakfast but it wasn’t really and issue for us

paying the amenity fee for the breakfast we had already paid for , the car park we didn’t have a car , the use of the business centre , I was on vacation not work and internet which we already had on our phones .

The Water edge pool , rooftop restaurant. very close to the beach, 2 min walk!

the pillows were awful, so flat!! something weird was happening with one of the waitresses the first night we had dinner at the rooftop. She kept hiding in a staff room to the side of the bar, she was super distracted, other customers ended up waiting for her and she never served them so they walked out. In the end an under cover police guy came and she hid again. it was just super weird! Anywho other than that staff was great and will stay there again in the future for sure!!

The room was clean and quiet. Was outside from elevator, couldn’t hear anything, no doors slamming either.the pool area was very nice as well. The property was clean, breakfast was good.

Get rid of the amenity fee. People pay a lot for the rooms and gratuity already, continental or hot breakfasts are included in most hotels. My pricing when I booked said it includes the amenity fee. When I got there I had to pay. The hotel should have honored that. Having no no amenity fee avoids these things that people are not expecting

The bar was excellent, parking was perfect on the 3rd floor just outside our room

My reservation was for a room with a pool view, after checking in we found the room facing another building ( another hotel ), city street and no Edge hotel's pool view - no one in the front desk (deputy Manager or even GM) offered any help. all their excuse was the room description comes from the cooperate !! and they don't control it. it was further disappointing for not apologizing in a professional manner or escalating the issue to the cooperate.
