Totally disappointed ,

The room was dirty. The support service poor. Confusing emails. The view of the lake was a Power Plant. Terrible experience i have request compensation as : Based on the cleaning fee the property was not pristine,

Booking.com and Vacasa charged me $836.00 FOR NOT STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY! I booked my plans and paid for two days at this property because of the beautiful pool only to receive a rental agreement informing me the pool is broken during y stay! I immediately cancelled - it's been a terribly hot summer and the ADVERTISED POOL was the MAIN reason for my two day getaway! I was told I would receive a refund, instead, I was charged x2. VACASA and Booking.com do not work together to help or resolve any issues and this creates a very big problem. Don't use booking.com and do not trust Vacasa. I stayed at a VRBO property with a working pool but I'm still out the entire $836.00 - VACASA won't give me my money back. Very unhappy...

Nothing... I did not stay there - terrible management - broken pool - don't get fooled - once you book, if you are not 30 days out from your trip; they will keep your entire amount. They don't even give you a percentage back like stated in the booking. This is a scam - booking.com and VACASA are not good to do business with.
